The hotel is very close to Shenzhen Bay and Window of the World. There is a subway nearby. It is only a 500-meter walk away. It is clean and soundproofed. Overall it is good.

The room is very spacious, with three beds in a duplex, each with its own room, which is really cool. 3.) It is very close to Shenzhen University, only a few minutes walk. Next to it are the Hong Kong Polytechnic, the Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen, and the Industry-Academic-Research Building of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. 4.) There is an induction cooker, so you can cook by yourself. 5.) There are many restaurants and supermarkets downstairs, which is very convenient. 6.) If you drive here, you can ask the proprietress to get a parking discount. The landlady is very enthusiastic. If I come here for business or travel in the future, I will choose this hotel again.
