Unfortunately I was fooled by the photoshopped photos of the apartment which looks in reality nothing alike. It’s old, quite dirty, and smelly. Although there is a kitchen there are none utensils. Zero. I asked too - they could provide any. Apartment is quite small and for this money you can book a great hotel room in any prime location.

I didn't like this room. I don't smoke. But the room was smoky. It was uncomfortable. There were stains on the walls and furniture. The appearance of the apartment is terrible. It is already tired.

Great facility, great service, the receptionists are extremely helpful. There are 3 or 4 girls at reception and every one of them is very kind and supportive. All requirements are responded promptly with a happy face. I could not imagine at this kind of apartment hotel and received such awesome service. I booked 3 nights and ended up stay 10 nights. Definitely coming back next time.

I'm glad we found this place and will consider again in the future.

There are many restaurants near the apartment, making it easy to find food. Walk from the apartment to the nearest Lai Lin MTR station, about 8 minutes. Comfortable accommodation, friendly and helpful service staff, highly recommended!

Prism Executive Apartment (Shenzhen Coast Chengnan You Garment City Branch) is really a great accommodation choice! The sanitation of the apartment hotel is very good. The rooms are clean and comfortable, making your stay very peaceful. The attitude of the service staff is very friendly and professional, and you can always feel attentive service. The security work is also done well, making people feel safe and secure. What is particularly worth mentioning is that there is a smart robot service on the ground floor of the hotel! After ordering takeout, the robot can deliver the takeout directly to the door of the room, which is convenient and novel, improving the overall accommodation experience. Highly recommended to stay!

The entire building of U House is composed of apartments. During this trip, I stayed in executive rooms of two executive hotels. To be honest, the cleanliness, facilities and floors of Prius are quite amazing.
