Compared with most hotels with only stairs, this hotel is equipped with elevators, which is very convenient for guests with more luggage. There is a supermarket near the hotel, which is convenient for shopping, but there are fewer preferential activities and parking spaces are relatively tight. However, the environment here is very quiet, especially suitable for relaxing, being able to sleep peacefully and wake up naturally, which is generally a comfortable stay experience.

Always have room for improvement. The customer service at the counter was great. Restaurants nearby the hotel.

The price is relevant with the service provided. Good location and easy to find foods. Got few supermarkets nearby too..

the room is not very much expected, much differ from the pic they show.. too small for a couple of 2 ..

There's kinda an unpleasant smell the moment you step out from the room. Overall, I rate 6/10.

The good thing this is it about the view and bedroom and there is food court that taste amazing 👏

Very Good & Recommended hotel for those who don't want to enter SIBU city centre. Room is good, surrendered by food store, supermarket, pharmacy and mores.

It’s ok it’s quite far from our destination but it’s was a good experience

Utterly disgusting state of washroom!! Shower floor & drainage had black black stains/ mold as though housekeeping just did a fast sweep without scrubbing. Dirty markings all across the wall of the sink area! WC bowl wasn't cleaned properly with grey stains. Top part of clothes rack was thickened with layer of dust!!! Bed had human hair strands! Ewwww Luckily I only stayed a night on L2. Wouldn't mind the cramp room space BUT cleanliness isn't a tolerable excuse!! Likely NOT to stay here on my next visit to Sibu. Hotel management, please buck up on housekeeping, tell the front desk lady to smile and speak politely to guests.

Maybe the first and last one to stay here. I got the room with the window and you can see all the dust around the window. The hotel need to clean the air conditioner because it got a lot of dust. We got the room with the pipe problem. Its noisy when it break. We asked the towel from the reception and just get a towel eventho we asked for two. The reception was good with the work.
