Everything is super good! Hotel is well decorated in typical angkor style. clean and beautiful. The room was cleaned every day, free amenities and water were supplied on the daily basis. Staff is helpful and polite with good attitude. Buffet breakfast is OK. Restaurant offering dishes in hotel was also good. Honestly, we were impressed very much. Very good experience of staying in Cambodia with this hotel.

clean and tidy

Very unsatisfied about the réception service, we asked for booking a bus between Siem Reap and Phnom-Penh. And we had finally a bad bus company différent from what we ordered (Giant Ibis) the journey was very hard and commodities very bad. More than this the pick up was included but only one tuk tuk with 4 heavy lugages and 4 people. The price of ticket was 20 Usd per people (pick up price included) but in reality the price of bus is less than 10 USD. So we are really disapointed about the expérience. Furthermote we arrived first day and swimming pool was closed also restaurant and jacuzzi were not working. hot shower is not available and they have refused 100 dollars billet saying that it was too old

Pros: The breakfast is very good. The pool is large. The rooms are large. Cons: Aging hotel. Location is not ideal.

They'd upgrade the facilities and hotel items, such as old towels (not so clean), moldy walls, broken switch lights...etc.

Great hotel, close to the national museum. It's cheap to get a tuk tuk into the main town centre. Clean and tidy room with a beautiful pool.The gym is dated with old machines, but enough for a simple workout.

A couple of Kms from where everything is happening, but easy enough to get e tuk tuk or walk. Staff all very lovely!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! This is a five star hotel in my book. Very friendly staff with a good knowledge of English and always eager to help. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends. My wife and I discussed staying here on our 50th Anniversary.

The location was perfect. Staff went out of their way for us. We did not know that large tour groups use this hotel. It was not an issue. If you want to use the pool they start setting up for large events around 3:30.
