I recently stayed at Swiss Avenue SP and had a wonderful experience, even when faced with a minor issue. The water heater in my room wasn't functioning, but the staff was quick to respond and went above and beyond to upgrade my room as a solution. The new room was spacious and beautifully appointed, making my stay yeven more enjoyable. I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of the team. Thank you for turning a small inconvenience into a memorable experience! I look forward to staying here again.

My requirements are a bit higher since I had been staying many hotels in kl and Johor. The hotel is a bit older. Even though the room fees are included breakfast for 2 people for each room but the breakfast not really good, for us still think that lack of choices for breakfast. Anyway it is still acceptable, may stay again future.

I love this hotel. their staff is so friendly and the pool is big. The room also nice and clean. The aircond is cool and new. Just maybe some furniture used is still th eh old ones. But still comfortable. Thank u!

Don't expect to much gais... Sbb ni hotel lama.. Yg bgos bilik besar pool besar but For breakfast emmmmmm.. blh mkn but gitu la😅 Toilet xcuci..
