Had a great stay at the Hilton. Upon check in the washing machine, safe, and bedroom TV were not working. However maintenance was able to resolve all of the issues and reception apologized and provided a nice bottle of wine as compensation. That is great service. Many amenities at this property made it a great time as well. Extremely clean. Lots of towels. Comfortable bed. No other complaints just a good stay!

This was my second time staying with Hilton in Surfers Paradise, I chose the Ocean view so I was able to see the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and had great food at Ms Margot's Bar & Eats.

It was clean spacious rooms with 1 king bed and queen bed apartment very nice ocean and city view with 2 toilets and small living area good stay and staff very friendly we enjoyed the pool

Very good location. The room is spacious with good kitchen area. Water pressure is really too weak and the there is no ventilation in the bathroom.

Great customer service. Hotel is in great location in the heart of Gold Coast. Clean room with stunning views. Guests have to pay for car park.

The service desk took a long time to answer to your request. The bedsheet and pillow case was not changed during the room service. It was dirty (same as the previous day). They just made it neat.

Took one month to get back my deposit, and it’s compulsory action forced by bank. Called the hotel three times and still did nothing. They kept lying that they will help out. Do not book Hilton, choose another hotel I promise.

Loveeeee love loveee the location, and the view. Would be back to the hotel again if visiting GC!

There is dust on the table in the room, and the only toiletries in the bathroom are shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner.

It was one of the best hotel I have ever stayed. The location was great. Without moving the car, we can reach everything at surfers paradise. We really enjoyed the stay there!

Great attention to customer satisfaction, notably Dhaval who followed up to ensure an early hiccup during my stay was resolved as swiftly as possible. Clean, modern rooms with great ocean view of Surfers Paradise beach. Highly recommend and will return.

Staff so rude, kick me out and call police to arrest customer! Nightmare
