Disastrous place where you look at it... Old, neglected, zero investment... You enter the room and it looks like a horror room, girl, depressing with an old decoration... the mattress of the bed all sunk... The The pool is not maintained, the gazebos are all dirty with mold... I honestly don't know how it can be 4 stars... Breakfast is a shame... Cold coffee, hot yogurt... 20 veces nos quejamos porque no teniamos toallas, no nos las dieron nunca y despues clmo no estaban esas toallas nos las querían cobrar, nos querian cobrar por algo que nunca tuvimos, lo mismo con las ventanas, nos quejamos un monton de veces de que estaban rotas, no nos dieron pelota y se nos mojaron las camas, cuando pedimos respuestos de sabanas no nos dieron. El aire perdia agua y se nos mojo todo, pero lo peor de todo fue que robaron mis pertenencias, buscamos por todo el hotel y no estaban, desaparecieron despues de que las mucamas limpien la habitacion

Califico con MALO YA QUE ES UN HOTEL DE 4 ESTRELLAS Y DEJA BASTANTE QUE DESEAR. Fuimos en Semana Santa en familia, con un bebe de 1 año y mi suegra de 78 años. Nos dieron una habitacion con 3 niveles, al ingresar solo pude dejar el coche del bebe, luego debes subir en L cinco escalones donde te encontras con dos camas individuales y para ir al baño debes subir 5 escalones mas donde se encuntra la habitacion matrimonial y el baño. Por lo que fue muy incomodo para una persona mayor y un bebe que camina. El restaurante es caro y de baja calidad, platos SIN elaboracion. El desayuno no tiene variedad y parece que utilizan todos los dias las sobras de tortas, pan ya tostado x lo viejo, budin de pan cortado en cuadrados para re utilizarlo. Medialunas y buzcochos DUROS VIEJOS. En los dias de nuestra estadia no variarion el desayuno. Y eso que estaba lleno el hotel por semana santa. Pileta climatizada FRIA EL AGUA. NO LO RECOMIENDO. NO VOLVERIA.
