It started with check-in taking way too long (10 minutes wait and 5 more minutes to receive my room card as there was only was staff at the check-in). Service throughout my stay is cold as it was impossible to discover a smile on either of the staff’s faces. Breakfast was just okay - no complaints. All-in-all a cold and unfriendly atmosphere at the hotel

Service was great, everybody very friendly and helpful. The buffet was also nice. The location is excellent, close to Lake Tai, Turtle Head Island; Li Garden is in walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

I came to Yuantouzhu to see the red-billed gulls. I chose a hotel after a long time and finally chose this one because it is very close to Yuantouzhu. The service is very good. The front desk lady Sunny is as sunny as her English name. She has a friendly smile and upgraded the room for free. The classic king-size bed room is quite big and clean. The breakfast is OK. I originally wanted to book Marriott but there were no rooms available, so I booked Courtyard. The service was really good, and there was a charging station for electric cars in the basement. I really like this hotel. I came here with my friends to feed the red-billed gulls. Cassie, the lady at the front desk, helped me upgrade the room and prepared snacks and children's toiletries for my baby. The surrounding environment is very good.
