There is basically no service at all~ The supreme suites are the same as ordinary rooms. The air conditioner is still freezing after being turned on for five hours. The hot spring water in the room is not hot enough, and there is no hot water for half of the bath. The hotel restaurant was already closed at 8:30, and there was no place to eat anywhere around. A rather overwhelming experience~

被**騙來的第不知道幾個客人！入住完才看到評論大家都是被騙來的！入住的時候是週六，整個酒店估計只有幾個人，都是沒有人的，很多房間都是空的，還有很多沒裝修的，去到一臉懵逼，酒店開在了商品樓小區...這個跟我也沒有什麼關係算了！入住了之後，在天氣只有5度的晚上，洗着洗着澡沒有熱水了，還好泡了熱水，小孩就沒有洗到了，大人洗澡洗到一半就沒熱水了！簡直崩潰！更崩潰的在後麪，半夜兩點空調壞了，沒有供暖，暖氣沒有了，師傅上來查看了説衹能換房間，兩個小孩都已經熟睡了再搬來搬去真的太糟心了！衹能頂着只有幾度的天氣硬着頭皮睡！四點又冷醒了，把衣服都穿到身上去睡覺！我出來是享受的！不是來受罪的！真的太失望了！因為我老公説，我們是來龍母廟拜神的，算了，不要去説啥了！温泉很臟很臟，洗手間很臟很臟，總體的感覺真的太差了！這種酒店衹做每個一個人一次性生意！

訂了日式至尊溫泉泡池套房，取房後發現房間未執要換房，外出後晚間回來開池無水，致電前台回覆安排上來放水，致電了三次，個半鐘頭未有人來放水，已十一點，放棄了，沖涼瞓覺，最終冇人上來，退房再向前台反映，未有任何跟進。
