When did Luckin start serving steamed fish?

Haha, this place was really hard to find. I never really noticed it before, but it turns out there are restaurants upstairs in this building! You can go in through the Luckin door and take the stairs next to it, or you can go in through the main entrance and take the elevator to the second floor. As soon as you walk in, you see the steam rising, which creates a great atmosphere. Especially on a cold day, you really want to eat something like this. There are several soup bases to choose from, such as original, sour, and spicy, depending on your preference. You can get your own condiments from the condiment station, or you can ask the staff to help you. The fish and side dishes are quickly put into the pot, and after 6 minutes of steaming, you can eat it. You don't have to wait too long, which is great. Drink the soup first. The sour soup isn't too sour, and it tastes good. The fish is very tender and has few bones, but you still need to be careful when eating it. It tastes great with the dipping sauce, and the fish has a great texture. The side dishes are also relatively soft, and you can dip the cooked vegetables in sesame sauce. Oh, and the eggplant here is really good! If you like sweet and sour flavors, you should try it. It's a real skill! The lady who I think is the manager was really nice. Thumbs up!
