The picturesque scenery of Daocheng Yading is like a painting. You don't want to miss it!

Blue skies, white clouds, snow-capped mountains, and golden meadows make for a stunning view. 1. Best Time to Visit Around October 25 to November 15. Due to its unique geographical location, high altitude, low latitude, and proximity to Yunnan, autumn comes a little later. 2. Tickets and Opening Hours Tickets: CNY 266 per person (including round-trip bus). Round-trip electric car to Luorong Pasture: CNY 70 per person. Opening hours: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Last entry: 4:40 pm. 3. Scenic Area Tour Route 1. Take the electric car to Shengshui Lake (CNY 20). Get off at Shengshui Lake Station to take stunning photos of the lake reflecting the Yangmaiyong Snow Mountain. 2. Walk along the trail from Shengshui Lake to Luorong Pasture (about 2 km). The trail is flat and easy to walk. The scenery is beautiful and there are few people, making it a great place to take photos. 3. Walk to the Tourist Center at the starting point of the trail. Enjoy the Swiss-style scenery while sipping coffee and admiring the snow-capped mountains. 4. Walk from Chonggu Temple to Xinbao Lake. The hike takes about 1 hour. The slope is moderate. Walk through the primeval forest and you may encounter squirrels and monkeys. 5. Walk down the mountain for about 40 minutes to reach Chonggu Meadow. Take photos of the streams, grasslands, and yaks. 4. Notes and Tips 1. Hiking on the plateau is tiring. Bring trekking poles, glucose, and comfortable shoes. 2. Shengshui Lake, Luorong Pasture, and Chonggu Temple are great places to take photos and must-see attractions. 3. Bring medicine for altitude sickness. Two of the five people in our group had severe altitude sickness. No matter what scenery you want to see, remember that your health comes first.
