The seaweed sprouts are simmered in chicken broth, making them tender yet slightly crunchy. Osmanthus and Tangerine Peel Stewed Pear $48 For dessert, we ordered stewed pear. The whole pear is used, and it looks exquisite. The sweet soup is warm and filled with the fragrance of osmanthus, making it refreshing and nourishing.
