午餐附送是日餐湯或沙律，我揀咗蘑菇湯。湯底濃郁香滑，帶有濃厚嘅蘑菇香氣，質感順口，仲保留住細碎嘅蘑菇粒，增添咗口感層次。

全日早餐$118🍳份量十足，包括炒蛋、煙肉、香腸、煙三文魚、沙律、牛角窩夫🧇炒蛋嫩滑。牛角窩夫酥脆！配埋一杯梳打水清新解膩。

香煎帶子大蝦墨汁意大利飯$148，意大利飯煮得軟硬適中，米粒吸滿咗墨汁，帶有輕微嘅蒜香味，餐後配上一杯熱Mocha，濃厚嘅朱古力同咖啡香氣。

甜品方面，選咗餐廳嘅人氣推介法式燉蛋疏乎厘班戟🥞$138。呢道甜品擺盤精緻，絕對係打卡嘅必點之選。同朋友慶祝，加朱古力字寫生日祝福+$20，非常有儀式感。疏乎厘班戟輕盈鬆軟，甜度恰到好處。

Went to TERA in The Wai with friends, the environment was comfortable 😌
Lunch included a daily soup or salad, I chose the mushroom soup. The soup base was rich and creamy, with a strong mushroom aroma, smooth texture, and small mushroom bits that added layers to the taste.

All-day breakfast $118🍳 was very filling, including scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, smoked salmon, salad, croissant waffle🧇. The scrambled eggs were tender, and the croissant waffle was crispy! It came with a soda water to refresh and cleanse the palate.

Pan-seared scallops and shrimp squid ink risotto $148, the risotto was cooked to a perfect texture, the rice grains absorbed the squid ink, with a slight garlic flavor. After the meal, a hot Mocha was served, with rich chocolate and coffee aroma.

For dessert, we chose the restaurant's popular recommendation, French crème brûlée soufflé pancake🥞 $138. This dessert was beautifully presented, definitely a must-order for photo-taking. Celebrating with friends, adding chocolate writing for birthday wishes +$20, very ceremonial. The soufflé pancake was light and fluffy, with just the right amount of sweetness.

圍方今年以嘉年華為主題，中庭那個9米高，集旋轉木馬及聖誕樹於一身的擺設，實在非常矚目，好有兒時那嘉年華會的感覺，完完全全是個無敵打卡位。

旋轉木馬聖誕樹旁邊，有個LED打造出來的舞台，聖誕樂章奏起時，會有聖誕精靈走出來，更有動感。

逢週末及公眾假期，戶外園藝花園有飄雪燈影滙演，讓大家彷如置身外國。

另外，在唔同日子都有唔同既表演項目，如聖誕歌聲馬拉松表演、聖誕老人巡遊、活雕像表演及雜耍等等。

This year, the mall has chosen a carnival theme. The centerpiece in the atrium is a 9-meter-tall installation that combines a carousel and a Christmas tree, making it a truly eye-catching spot. It brings back the nostalgic feeling of childhood carnivals and is a perfect photo op.

Next to the carousel Christmas tree, there's an LED stage. When the Christmas music starts playing, Christmas elves will come out, adding to the festive atmosphere.

Every weekend and public holiday, there will be a snow and light show in the outdoor garden, making you feel like you're in a foreign country.

Additionally, there will be different performances on different days, such as Christmas carol marathons, Santa Claus parades, live statue performances, and juggling acts.

I really like coming to Wai Fang for meals. It's convenient to go home, and there are many restaurant choices. This time, I tried this exquisite Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor of Wai Fang. The environment is simple and stylish, suitable for family gatherings.

🔸Crispy Cod Fish with Honey $128
A must-try appetizer according to reviews. The thin fried batter is coated with amber-colored sugar and sesame, very fragrant, and you can still taste the unique freshness and texture of my favorite cod fish.

🔸Charcoal Grilled Honey Barbecue Pork $198
The barbecue pork has relatively less fat, not too oily, but you can taste the charcoal aroma and the nice pork texture.

🔸Sweet and Sour Pork with Pineapple $148
Made with fresh pineapple, the acidity is just right.

🔸Eggplant with Fish Flavor in Clay Pot $168
A choice for those who like strong flavors, you must add white rice to enjoy it fully!

本人今天去大圍圍方商場，這裏正舉辦嘩鬼樂園展覽，這裏地方非常大，人不算很多，這裏有有6大搵鬼打卡牆，包括迷幻森林，Joker樂園，南兜迷蹤等打卡熱點，除上述打卡牆外，還有嘩鬼花園及嘩鬼化妝間，吸引喜歡萬聖節的人前來欣賞，打卡拍照留念及遊玩，是一個不錯的好去處吸引人來遊玩。##香港好去處

Today, I visited the Wai Fang Mall in Tai Wai, where they are hosting a Ghostly Wonderland exhibition. The place is quite spacious and not very crowded. There are six major ghost-themed photo spots, including the Enchanted Forest, Joker's Playground, and Southern Maze, among other popular spots. Besides these photo walls, there is also a Ghostly Garden and a Ghostly Makeup Room, attracting Halloween enthusiasts to come, take photos, and enjoy the atmosphere. It's a great place to visit and have fun.

位於大圍圍方的粵菜館「上陽樓」大廚出身於歷史悠久的名人飯堂，秉承懷舊粵菜、經典傳承的宗旨，製作出一道又一道以繁複工藝的美味佳餚，而且秉承粵菜嘅精髓，用料足份量大，而且即叫即做，所以會食得出係非常有鑊氣👍

杭州傳統名菜，西湖牛肉羹香淳潤滑、鮮美可口，每一口都有牛肉碎、雞蛋 、芫荽和冬菇的香氣及咬口，加上少少胡椒粉，材料簡單但味道超然

叉燒超級入味，充滿焦麥香，重點係肉質軟腍得來有咬口，帶一點點脂肪，配一口香飯，美味的叉燒就在這裏

▪️當紅脆皮炸子雞 $ 240
餐廳經理介紹這裏的炸子雞用最原始的方法，風乾之後，師傅慢慢用滾油上皮，製作需時，這樣才能做到皮脆肉嫩，名副其實雞皮真的很香脆，再加上少少椒鹽，滋味無窮

超多料好大份，用上蝦乾、魷魚乾、芋頭絲、腰果、紅椒絲、黃椒絲和韭菜爆炒，每一啖都充滿口感和鮮美，味道鹹香鹹香好惹味

▪️香煎琵琶豆腐 $ 198
手工菜傳統的琵琶豆腐步驟繁複，這裏用新鮮鯪魚肉、冬菇和豆腐拌勻，利用中式陶匙把餡料固定先蒸，放涼後用大火炸至脆身，這裏做的面層特別加上五年以上的金華火腿，令味道更加甘香，再加上蠔油芡汁和菜心，是一道健康又美味的佳餚

超香濃的椰汁味道，每一啖滿滿椰皇肉、一絲一絲像燕窩碎的口感，而且唔太甜夠冰凍，超級美味的甜品

He adheres to the motto of nostalgic Cantonese cuisine and classic inheritance, and prepares delicious dishes one after another with complex craftsmanship. The ingredients are plentiful and the portion is large, and it is made to order, so it will be eaten very well 👍

The Tai Wai branch boasts a spacious environment full of ambiance, featuring Japanese wooden decor. The interior is also adorned with plenty of green plants, creating a very leisurely and comfortable atmosphere🍃🍃

🩷 Roasted Tea Soufflé Pancake
The soufflé pancake is TERA's signature dessert, generously topped with a fragrant roasted tea sauce. It's also sprinkled with roasted tea jelly and chocolate, making the texture very rich! The pancake itself has a lovely eggy aroma, soft and fluffy, and even with the chocolate and roasted tea sauce, it's not too sweet.

🩷 Unagi Donburi with Japanese Style Omelette
The unagi (eel) is quite large and meaty, and the sauce is delicious. The omelette rice underneath is also good, with the eggs being quite smooth～

There is a new place to go in Tai Wai - The Wai! It just opened yesterday, and I couldn't resist checking it out. I went again today, and it's already becoming a popular spot. The atmosphere is lively, and there are lots of people everywhere, which adds to the excitement.

One of the things that caught my attention is the variety of restaurants available. There are so many great options to choose from, and I found myself spoiled for choice. Among the many restaurants, I spotted Noc, which happens to be one of my favorites. I have previously tried their breakfast in Tsim Sha Tsui and was impressed by the quality of their food. So, I decided to give it a try at the new location.

I must say that the food quality at Noc in Tai Wai is just as amazing as it was in Tsim Sha Tsui. The dishes are prepared with care, and the ingredients are fresh. I particularly enjoyed their signature dishes, which were bursting with flavor. The service is also top-notch and very attentive, which makes the dining experience even more enjoyable.#Noc 

Overall, I had a great time in The Wai, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to explore or some excellent dining options.

It's almost Christmas 🎄! I want to go to Hong Kong 🇭🇰 to feel the Christmas atmosphere!
This time, my bestie and I chose Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong Sha Tin.
It's a Marriott brand with a great location.
There is a hotel shuttle bus to Yau Tsim Mong.
It's also very convenient to the port.
The hotel is also decorated with Christmas decorations, perfect for photos!

The room is well-equipped with a large bathtub.
The room is bright, comfortable, and clean.
The large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a view of Hong Kong.

For dinner, we chose the buffet on the second floor of the hotel.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of food, including crayfish 🦞, bread crab 🦀, sashimi, and other seafood. There is also a new wild mushroom and cocoa cheese feast, mainly rice, stir-fried dishes, and soup made with wild mushrooms and black truffles. If you love mushrooms, this is the place for you. There is also a rich cheese waterfall. Cheese is power! I love it!

The next day, we got up early for breakfast and continued our Christmas city walk.
The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to New Town Plaza, Sha Tin.
It's very convenient to travel to West Kowloon and Tsim Sha Tsui. Follow me to check in for Christmas!
