[Taiwan] A cafe with a spectacular view in Jiufen

A tea shop in Jiufen called "Shuixing Moon Teahouse" 🍵✨ The view of the sea and mountains from the terrace was spectacular ⛰️🌤️ And the oolong tea we had brewed here was surprisingly delicious and moving 🥹💖 From the second time, we brewed it ourselves, but the taste was completely different from the tea brewed by the shop staff, and we were surprised at how different it can be depending on the brewing method 🫢 To brew delicious tea, we need to consider each and every aspect, such as the amount of tea leaves, the temperature of the water, and the time after adding the water.
