Less than 50 kilometers from Xi'an, visit 4 attractions in one day

This is a self-driving route that can be completed in half a day, featuring temples, cultural relics, waterfalls, and even camping spots. The first stop: Navigate to Shuilu'an Take the highway from the eastern suburbs, exit at Lantian, and after 7 kilometers, you'll reach the first attraction—Shuilu'an, also known as the 'Second Dunhuang' in China. Those who appreciate culture and history should take a closer look. Note that photography of ancient relics is not allowed; I took a risk to get some photos, so please be cautious when you visit. The second stop: Wuzhen Temple About two kilometers from Shuilu'an, enter National Highway 344, and follow the road to reach Wuzhen Temple (specifically, Shang Wuzhen Temple), one of the six great Pure Land ancestral temples. To visit this site, you need to climb the mountain for about ten minutes. It's not recommended for those without physical fitness, but the climb is worth it. There are a few trails to explore (other Taoist masters can't hang around here, if you don't understand what that means, you can look it up on Baidu). The third stop: Guanyin Pool Waterfall This is an abandoned attraction located on National Highway 344, not far from Wuzhen Temple. It's a three-tiered waterfall that was closed due to safety concerns. It's not recommended for non-professionals to climb it, as it's really dangerous, but it's worth a visit. The fourth stop: Yeping Bamboo Village Before reaching Yeping Bamboo Village, there are several other attractions, such as: Lotus Forest Park (I didn't go because the parking was too full) Xiangzi Temple (didn't visit) Languan Ancient Trail (not recommended, it's just a village road that has been repaired, but the scenery above is nice, with a pavilion) Wangshun Mountain (didn't go because you have to park halfway and walk, so I'm not familiar with it, but those with ample time might want to check it out) Before arriving at Yeping Bamboo Village, there are many observation decks where you can rest and enjoy the view. The road into the village is a mountain road, great for camping, where you can eat and admire the scenery surrounded by mountains and dense forests. The final stop: Shangri-la Follow the mountain road all the way to the end to reach this village, a real-life Shangri-la. The village is very clean, with homestays everywhere. Staying here overnight during holidays to enjoy the gifts of nature is a very comfortable experience, and most importantly, it's not crowded and close to Xi'an. 1. Advantages: Not crowded, possibly because I visited on a weekday, so there weren't many people, and the whole route was clean. 2. Cost-saving, I didn't spend much money from start to finish, only one parking spot charged 5 yuan, the rest were free attractions. You can drive around according to your own schedule. 3. Close to Xi'an, the whole trip is less than 150 kilometers, so you won't waste time on the road and can plan your trip according to your own schedule.
