Shuhe: So many unexpected surprises for me!

Lijiang. Shuhe Ancient Town Had flower buns and roasted yak skewers in Baisha Ancient Town. Although I wasn't very hungry, it looked like it was going to rain again, so I took a Didi directly to Shuhe and picked a place to have dinner. Arrived early, no queue, but the place was already full. Ordered the signature small pot rice, coconut-flavored bubble tea, Pu'er tea braised pork, and grilled tofu. The small pot rice is the signature dish. We ordered a small portion for two people as the main course, like fried rice with various seasonings, and it tasted good. The braised pork was delicious, with a good balance of fat and lean meat, and the portion was not small. It was just right for two people, not too salty, and the flavor was well controlled. Personally, I think the bubble tea here is better than in Mangshi. I haven't tried it elsewhere, so I won't compare or comment! The grilled tofu was delicious, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It tasted even better when mixed with the seasonings outside! The service was very good.
