YOTEL New York Times Square Manhattan Hotel

I really enjoyed staying at YOTEL. I have stayed there twice already, and it might be my designated spot. It is located in a cozy area, not too far from Times Square. However, the view from the rooms I stayed in was fantastic. I appreciate the gentlemen who assist with check-out and luggage storage before heading to the airport, allowing you to still go out and enjoy your time after checking out. They are very friendly and promptly arrange cars and trips for you. When I encountered maintenance issues, the lady at the front desk was also very helpful and did not hesitate to seek assistance. When maintenance arrived, he provided very informative details and efficiently resolved all our minor issues. Not everything was 100% perfect, but we expressed our concerns kindly, and they took proactive actions to address everything, which was very helpful. Try it out before reading reviews! I enjoyed my stay both times.
