The Brooklyn Bridge was the longest suspension bridge when it was first built, but despite being a marvel of engineering in its era, this is probably not the reason you will be coming to visit this landmark. Shown in many movies, sitcoms and other TV shows, the Brooklyn bridge is also considered one of the most beautiful bridges in the world because of its vintage styling that can be described as quintessentially “New York”.
