The hotel is only 1.8 km from downtown Kuantan and about 20 km from Kuantan Airport, making it very convenient to get to. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was deeply impressed by the luxurious facilities and first-class service. When checking in, the warm reception and multilingual service of the front desk staff made me feel very welcome. In the room, I found many thoughtful details, such as free Wi-Fi, soft and comfortable bathrobes, and high-quality toiletries. Although I found some stains on the bathrobe, which was a bit of a pity, the overall cleanliness and maintenance were quite good. Accommodation Experience: I booked a Deluxe King Room, which was spacious and bright, with a beautiful view of the hotel garden outside the window. Although smoking is prohibited in the room, which is a bit inconvenient, it also ensures fresh indoor air and the comfort of other guests.
