Morocco Tour - Mausoleum of Mohammed V

The Mausoleum of Mohammed V is built opposite the symbol of Rabat - Hassan Tower and the ruins of Hassan Mosque, next to the pulpit. Due to the Lisbon earthquake in 1755, the mosque, the grand wall and the mosque's stone pillars were destroyed. The minaret has changed from the original 85 meters to the current 45 meters. However, from the remaining 312 stone pillars and the broken walls, one can still imagine the style of a thousand years ago.
