Atmospheric Restaurant | Da Mu Shi Si Ji Wine Bistro

For the first weekend of 2025, I chose a Chinese bistro with a great environment. It's been a long time since I've seen such a busy little restaurant. Without a reservation, there is no place to sit. The environment is excellent. Although Christmas and New Year have passed, the joyful atmosphere of the New Year still permeates the restaurant, creating a full atmosphere. The dishes are excellent, with stable quality and controlled presentation. However, the serving speed is a bit slow. The fish and lamb dish is fresh, but the lamb has a strong gamey taste, which feels a bit overwhelming. Additionally, the table is too small, making it difficult to fit everything. Every time a dish is served, it requires a major rearrangement.
