Japanese Ramen at Orchid Hotel

Located in Orchid Hotel at Tanjong Pagar, Ramen Keisuke Tonkotsu King is a small shop selling ramen. An ordering form will be given to indicate our orders and customise according to our own preferences. Three types of ramen are offered; normal, black spicy and red spicy. For the toppings, you can choose to have flavoured egg, seaweed, all toppings or even none at all. If you choose to have toppings, prices will also vary. As for the broth and noodles, you may also customise the texture of the noodles, broth thickness and the amount of oil that goes in. It was nice to be able to customise the ramen according to own preferences without incurring additional charges. This shop also provides free flow of boiled eggs and marinated bean sprouts, and they are generous with these items too as evident from the many eggs in the bowl and the containers filled almost to the brim with bean sprouts. Even though I ordered the normal Tonkotsu ramen without any toppings, it was very filling for me with the big tender pork slice, noodles and broth. #meetsingapore #tripblazers
