I declare this the best value hotel in Sydney

Park Hyatt Sydney: A Dream Stay by the Opera House and Harbor For my trip to Australia during the 2024 National Day holiday, I hesitated for a long time between Park Hyatt Sydney and Capella Sydney, but finally chose the former. This hotel, completed in 1990 and renovated in 2012, is in excellent condition and shows no signs of aging. Its location is superb, situated under the Sydney Harbour Bridge, making it an excellent place to view the Sydney Opera House. I booked a standard room (King Bed). A few days before my stay, the hotel sent an email explaining that due to high occupancy, the possibility of a room upgrade was low. This is understandable, as it is a Category 8 hotel, and suite upgrades are not available, so upgrades are purely based on luck. To my delight, on the day of check-in, the hotel surprised me with a "Harbour View King Room." The room faces Circular Quay, with the CBD skyscrapers in the distance, and the Opera House can be seen from the balcony. The hotel is separated from the sea by only a boardwalk, and sitting in the room looking out, it feels like you could jump into the sea for a swim at any time. The weather in Sydney has been changeable these days, with occasional rain, but not cold. A leisurely walk or jog in Circular Quay in the morning is a wonderful experience. Here are some tips: 1. If you arrive early and your room is not ready, the hotel can arrange for you to use the shower and changing rooms in the fitness center. 2. In your spare time, you can enjoy the pool and hot tub on the 4th floor. The bridge is overhead, and the beautiful view of the Opera House is also in full view. 3. Aesop and Le Labo toiletries are available for purchase in the hotel, and a list is available in the room closet for you to check off. 4. There are limited window seats for breakfast, so if you want to dine with a view, try to avoid peak times. On sunny days, you can ask the waiter to open the floor-to-ceiling windows to create a semi-outdoor dining atmosphere.
