Check-in at the Guangxi Litun Spirit Memorial Hall

This time, I visited the famous Litun Deeds Memorial Hall in Chongzuo, Guangxi. Upon entering the memorial hall, the first thing that catches your eye is the topographic model of Litun, showcasing the full landscape of the area. This place features typical karst landforms, surrounded by mountains on all sides, with towering rocks, steep cliffs, and isolated paths. Following the guide, we entered the Litun Memorial Hall. The vivid historical photos, precious artifacts, and touching stories of carving roads through mountains made it feel like traveling through a time tunnel back to those bustling days. At the Litun Tianmeng Scenic Area, as you walk into the Litun Tunnel, you can see various tools displayed on the tunnel walls at intervals, such as iron shovels, kerosene lamps, and wheelbarrows. These were the tools used by predecessors when excavating the tunnel. In Litun, you can feel the new era Litun spirit of 'self-reliance, daring to think and act, perseverance, and long-term dedication,' and experience the determination of the predecessors who spent time carving through the mountain.
