Exhibition of Western Hubei Architecture Research and Cultural and Creative Works

Art Decoding - Exhibition of Western Hubei Ancient Architecture Research and Cultural and Creative Works is based on the comprehensive research and study of ancient villages in southeastern Hubei by Professor Peng Jin's team from Hubei University of Science and Technology. In recent years, they have conducted in-depth research on 23 representative traditional villages in southern Hubei. As a scholar, Professor Peng Jin has fully utilized his advantage as a painter to transform some of the research results into graphic panels, landscape sand tables, and other forms, showcasing their basic appearance, historical stories, and cultural characteristics from multiple perspectives. This "graphic" approach to recreating the history and culture of ancient buildings being torn apart by time is both innovative and insightful. In addition, cultural and creative derivatives related to ancient village culture research are also an important part of this exhibition. The exhibition selects some representative cultural and creative products derived from Weining ancient villages for display, which is also an important attempt to develop cultural and creative products in Xianning based on the architectural and cultural elements of ancient villages.
