My stay at Courtyard by Marriott Zhengzhou Huiji I usually think that many hotels are not worth using my suite vouchers, and by the end of the year, I haven't used any of the 5 suite vouchers in my account. Seeing that they were about to expire, I even used a voucher for my stay at the Courtyard this time. Fortunately, I was going to stay for several nights this time, so I didn't feel like I was losing out. I stayed at the Le Méridien when I came to Zhengzhou in the summer, and I wanted to try a hotel I hadn't stayed at before. The points were just right, so I chose the Courtyard by Marriott Zhengzhou Huiji and confirmed my reservation 3 days in advance. 🏘️️️Room type/layout: The Courtyard suite is 58 square meters, 18 square meters larger than a standard room. The room layout is very standard, with a guest bathroom and bathtub. 🛌Supplies/facilities: The hotel has a lounge, but it doesn't handle check-in or check-out. There are no staff on duty in the lounge in the morning or afternoon, and staff are only present during happy hour (HH) until 10 pm when the lounge closes. When there are no staff, you can help yourself to drinks. The fridge has a maximum of a dozen drinks, and sometimes you can get lucky and find a drink you like. There was no ice next to the coffee machine, and I don't know if they have added an ice bucket since I mentioned it. During the day, some tables have trash left over from the previous guest, but the good thing is that you can take a few drinks back to your room. There aren't many machines in the gym, and only 2 of the 3 treadmills work. The hotel's breakfast is up to Courtyard standards, with some local specialties.
