It is a great place to walk around and feel like you are at a different place. Rating - N/A 3. Maeda Escarpment (Hacksaw Ridge Address - 2 Chome-53 Nakama, Urasoe, Okinawa 901-2103 Highlights - Another calm and beautiful place to explore. Similar vibe to the other historical place mentioned above. You can see the view of Urasoe area as well! Rating - N/A

🏨 Ryukyu Hotel & Resort Nashiro Beach You can see beautiful sunsets 🌇 from the hotel beach. The room rate is only over 1,000 yen, and the facilities are new as the hotel opened in 2022. If you are looking for a family-friendly hotel in Okinawa, don't miss this one. 🚪The room is a standard room (see picture 5). The hotel provides various baby supplies, such as baby slippers and toothbrushes. The only downside is that the bathroom is not soundproof, so you can hear the hairdryer in the bedroom. 🎢The hotel's outdoor pool is amazing, with several different pools and two large slides for adults. Our favorite is a large circular pool that looks like a tropical rainforest creek, where you can swim in circles. There are colorful flowers, green plants, small bridges, and waterfalls along the way. We played with our kids for a long time. Picture 4 shows part of the outdoor pool. 🏖️The hotel's private beach has fine sand. You can lie on the beach or watch the sunset from the room balcony in the evening. The experience is great. The afterglow is warm, and the sea breeze is gentle. You can only marvel at the beauty of nature! ✈️The hotel is located in the south of Okinawa, about a 30-minute drive from the airport and a 10-minute drive from the outlet. There are not many attractions nearby, so most of the guests are locals. It is suitable for relaxing after a few days of sightseeing. 🏯The hotel's buffet breakfast is average in taste and variety. It's okay to eat for two days, but you may not want to eat more. However, the hotel's a la carte Western restaurant is impressive, with exquisite dishes, attentive service, and a comfortable and elegant environment. The only downside is that the price is high, with an average of several hundred yen per person. 🎡There is a shopping plaza near the hotel that is highly recommended. It is a 10-minute drive away. There is a large MUJI store with a full range of products. There is also a huge supermarket with everything, including vegetables, fruits, and baby products. The supermarket is connected to a cost-effective Japanese restaurant, Wafting. The average price is over 100 yen per person, and the environment and taste are good. The place is full of locals, so you can experience the life of Japanese locals.

🚗 Exploring Itoman During my trip to Itoman, Itoman Comfortable Accommodation became a wonderful memory. The hotel is really conveniently located, just 8 km from Akamine Station by car. It's really convenient for me to explore Itoman. 🏞️ Nearby attractions Komesu/Odohama Coast: Beautiful coastal views, a great place for a walk. Itoman Central Market: Experience local life and taste fresh food. Bibi Beach Itoman: A paradise for beach lovers. 🏡 Hotel environment The hotel environment is really beautiful and the service is very attentive. The design of the leisure area is relaxing and fully meets my quality requirements. 🛏️ Room experience The room is really great, with a wide view, fully equipped, and spacious. The air conditioning is powerful, the bed is comfortable, and the harbor view is refreshing. 🚗 Convenient transportation The hotel is not far away, the expressway is basically direct, and parking is also convenient. Quiet but not remote, the overall feeling is very good. 🍳 Kitchen facilities The kitchen facilities in the room are complete, with tableware, washing machines and dryers, which are as convenient as living in your own apartment. During our time in Okinawa, we chose Okinawa Ryukyu Castle Beach Resort Hotel as our base, and this choice surprised us one after another and brought the most beautiful ending to our trip. In the last two days of our trip to Okinawa, we finally had sunny weather. We happily came to Kokusai Street and bought some brown sugar Baumkuchen and sea salt sandwich cookies. Although these can also be bought at the airport, the shopping atmosphere on the street is very interesting. Depart from Naha Bus Terminal and take the bus to the hotel. The scenery along the way is pleasant, passing by quiet towns, and it feels like you have entered the world of Tinkerbell. The primary school students we met on the road greeted us after school and bowed to us when the bus passed by, thanking the bus for crossing the road for them. Upon arriving at the hotel, the sight before us was intoxicating. The hotel's beautiful architecture and diverse swimming pools make you feel like you are in a movie scene. We immediately jumped into the arms of the swimming pool and enjoyed the fun of water skiing. Although the surrounding area of ​​the hotel is somewhat remote, dining in the hotel is extremely convenient and the dishes are delicious. Sanraku's signature soba noodles and other side dishes are mouth-watering. Although the Japanese food provided by KANAZAWA is slightly more expensive, it was rated as the best meal of our trip.

In Ryukyu Village, there are many intangible cultural properties of the prefecture, and the number of houses on display is incomparable to that of Okinawa Local Village. If you want to learn about old private houses in Ryukyu, I think you should go to Ryukyu Village. Also, as of May 2020, restoration work of aging houses is being carried out, so it is not possible to see many exhibits. I would like to look forward to the Okinawa local village after the restoration. In the facility, there are various events where you can experience the old-fashioned Okinawa, such as shamisen experience, Kachashi experience, and seasonal events.

Sun was out, wind was blowing (acting like a hair dryer), and water was warm for me.The views were incredible (which I had attached some pictures) & it was not even close to being crowded.We had eaten at the little cafe which was very convenient. It was affordable, and pretty good.. Beaches are clean, refreshments, shaded areas, and toilets available and, it is a good place to take family. Both times, I noticed wedding photographers, bring clients, to take pre-wedding photos, under the beautiful blue skies. This is highly recommended.

#okinawatrip Fun location to walk around. The water park here is small and rules are strict within the actual water park but a great way to waste a few hours of your day if you have small kids. There are 4 different water slides available in the main water park. Around the sports complex you can find various parks and play areas.....................................

#okinawatrip It’s a park built to commemorate of those who died in Okinawa during the war. This is a place that every historian and younger generation should visit at least once when visiting Okinawa and remind us the tragedy and brutality that took place here. The park is huge and the views are breathtaking. Lots of parking available. Very similar to the Arlington Cemetry (USA) setup.
