Coeda House, a café made of wood and eye-catching design.
Coeda House is perched on a cliff in a park. When traveling to Izu, a must-visit is the Akaohabu & Rose Garden, where roses bloom in May and June. Within the garden, on a seaside cliff, stands the stunning glass café Coeda House. The view is unobstructed, making it appear as if it's floating above the sea. The unique design of the glass café is the work of Japan's renowned architect Kengo Kuma. There are plenty of photo spots, including a swing overlooking the sea and outdoor seating with ocean views, perfect for enjoying the sunshine and white clouds.
Take in this beauty, as it is part of the journey.
