1. Location: Not very friendly for tourists, after all, there are indeed few attractions nearby, about 25 minutes by car from Yuzhong District, and about 50 minutes by subway. Mainly because the subway station is a short distance from the hotel, which is not very convenient.
2. Decoration: Compared to the Waldorf, it may be more comfortable, not too luxurious, and more comfortable to live in. Like other high-rise hotels, you have to take an elevator to check in, and you have to change elevators to go to your room, which is not very convenient. It is worth mentioning that the hotel has a strong Christmas atmosphere, and the decoration is very careful and comfortable.
3. View: To be honest, the view in the south area is average, and the night view is also average. But the main thing is that the high-rise is very spacious.
4. Dining: I tried the happy hour, it was very good, no one, it was quiet, unlike the Marriott canteen, which was crowded, and the food was also well controlled, but the prawns were a bit fishy, and the steak was delicious. 5. Service: Every time I stay at Conrad, I get a free bear, and this time the bear is very cute. They also carefully arranged petals and gave me a duck, which was fun~ but the complimentary fruit was a bit stingy.
In short, every time I stay at Conrad, I have a different experience, the service is impeccable, and there are some small surprises, which are very comfortable. But I suggest that if you are traveling, it is indeed more convenient to stay in Yuzhong District, where there are many big hotels, but they are relatively old.

Conrad Chongqing is located in the core area of Nan'an District, Chongqing, and is the 700th hotel of Hilton Group in China.
I. Check-in Experience
I was lucky to stay in a cloud view room, which was spacious and well-lit, with a simple and elegant decoration style. The ingenious design of the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows makes you feel like you are in the clouds, presenting the magnificent and charming scenery of Chongqing in front of you. Although it was recently renovated, there was no odor in the room. The minibar items are all free, and there is a capsule coffee machine with unique coffee capsules. Although there were some stains on the coffee machine's water outlet, this small flaw did not affect the overall good experience.
II. Room Facilities
The large bathtub in the room is unique. To allow guests to enjoy the view outside the window while bathing, the bathtub is cleverly placed by the window, with sofas on both sides. Although you have to walk a short distance to return to the bathroom after bathing, this unique design is impressive.
III. Leisure Facilities
The gym and swimming pool on the 55th floor are highlights. The gym has a wide variety of equipment and even has a dedicated yoga area, allowing you to enjoy yoga in peace. Conrad Chongqing is the accommodation we chose to stay in the last 2 nights to capture the impression of Chongqing, which is famous for its night lights. It is located in Nan'an District, not far from the train station, making it convenient for traveling. It is less than 15 kilometers from Jiefangbei and Nanshan, and only 30 minutes from the airport. The hotel's decoration is inspired by Chongqing's culture. When you stay in the room, you will feel a mix of modernity and culture here.
The luxurious lobby on the 52nd floor of the hotel. Just check in and you will be amazed by the view in front of you. The staff can speak English fluently, making communication easy. The guest rooms are located on the ground floor below the lobby.

The Conrad Chongqing's Chinese restaurant is amazing.
The $100 hotel credit can be used for afternoon tea, buffet, and the Chinese restaurant. I recommend the Chinese restaurant because the buffet is only enough for one person at full price.
The service is definitely the best in Chongqing, with meticulous mansion-style service, and the welcome tea, fruit, and desserts are all very good.
The Chinese team led by Deng Zhixue focuses on classic Sichuan cuisine paired with Western-style desserts. I am still savoring the Yucheng oil-braised soft-shelled turtle and the traditional clear chicken soup with tofu pudding.
I also want to try the stir-fried bamboo tripe with green-skinned Nostoc flagelliforme.
The environment is amazing! Especially the large private room, with a great view of the river!

I have long wanted to check in this newly opened hotel this year, so I took my family to experience it for a few days during the Mid-Autumn Festival. I booked two cloud view rooms with breakfast. The gold card did not upgrade the room. One room was given fruit and the other was not.
First of all, it is worth checking in, but it is not worth expecting too much.
The hotel is next to Hilton Yilin. With the contrast of Yilin, Xiaokang seems to be a lot more upscale, but the entrance to the parking lot is shared with Yilin, and there is no other prompt, and it is wrong once.
The decoration looks more luxurious, but my mother is a professional, saying that the materials are generally difficult to maintain. The room layout and moving lines are okay, but the bathtub is in the middle of the room but there is no other drain, which feels a bit unsafe. Also because the bathtub occupies a large area, the sofa seems a bit chicken ribs, neither sitting nor lying down, I took a nap at noon and hit my foot on the bathtub in excitement
It is difficult to comment on the catering. The breakfast variety is not too much but everything is available, and the taste is mediocre. Dinner Chinese restaurant, all the signature dishes are sung, the beef ribs are okay, the others are a bit dragging the legend of Chongqing "just walk into a shop" is delicious. Four people, plus a 15% service charge, also cost 1500+, and the taste doesn't seem to be too high, just check in once is enough.
The hotel wins because it is relatively new and the service is good. Except for the first day of check-in, the room has not been cleaned up and waited for two hours, it is not bad. The waiter training is in place and the attitude is very good. I was a little disappointed that I didn't encounter too many internet celebrities taking pictures

🟠 Price: We booked the basic room type, and the price was around 1200+ on the day. Because of the diamond card, we were upgraded to a Loft suite for free. The cost performance is okay, similar to Marriott and Westin.

The reception hall on the first floor is not large, but it is well decorated, especially the little bear 🐻, which is very distinctive. The sky lobby has a great view, and the spiral staircase is very photogenic. The overall feeling is very good.

The heights of the clouds are unbearably cold, and this is no exaggeration. On one hand, the hotel is located on the top of a slope in the high-altitude Nan'an District. Although it is not a true skyscraper, it is already outstanding. The higher you go, the more the surrounding buildings are beneath your feet. Even the densely packed Yuzhong Peninsula can only serve as a distant backdrop in the frame. On the other hand, the overall atmosphere of the hotel is cold and detached, with the air conditioning set at an unusually low temperature, like a foreign hotel, with room temperatures not exceeding 18 degrees. Being in it feels like entering an ice cellar, so how could it not be cold?
Opened in June this year, it keeps up with the times, and the quasi-luxury hotel has all the features it should have. From the understated reception hall hidden among trees to the luxurious and beautiful high-altitude lobby, to the elegantly toned guest rooms, you can clearly feel the meticulous craftsmanship of the design team. But at the same time, there is always a sense of déjà vu, mirroring various hotels of the same grade that have opened in recent years. To put it bluntly, it has the grade but lacks novelty.
According to the staff, the hotel has a shortage of suites, with only three available, so they are not included in the membership upgrade range. There is also a hidden room type, a duplex Loft on the 51st floor, with more than a dozen rooms. Unfortunately, they are currently under maintenance and cannot be experienced. The benefit given to Diamond Card members is an upgrade to a Cloud 270-degree view room. There are four such rooms on each floor, located at each corner. The south-facing Room 01 is more popular because it overlooks the Yangtze River and the Yuzhong Peninsula. This time, I stayed in this room type.
The area is large enough, abandoning unnecessary partitions, resulting in a square and transparent living space. The ultra-large floor-to-ceiling windows with unobstructed views on both sides are like a high-altitude glass house, and the round bathtub by the window is the finishing touch. Unfortunately, on rainy days, the clouds and mist obscure the mountains, lowering the visual appeal.
The executive lounge is located on the 50th floor, with a wide view and few people, making it quiet. The afternoon tea variety is not much, but it is exquisite. During the evening happy hour, there are seven or eight hot dishes, and the freshly made pea noodles and wontons are worth trying. There is also a young lady making cocktails on-site. However, the business hours are slightly short, closing at 7:30 pm, which is somewhat puzzling.
The next day's breakfast is arranged at the Western restaurant Wangfengju on the 52nd floor. There is a not-so-rich à la carte menu and a very rich self-service station. The Sichuan and Chongqing specialties are not very obvious, but the salad bar, cold cuts, various breads, fresh fruits, and freshly squeezed juices, which I personally pay more attention to, all meet expectations. The blue-glazed full set of tableware in the official kiln style is especially irresistible.
The fitness center and swimming pool on the top floor are somewhat disappointing. They are not as explosive as previously seen in public account promotions, which described an outdoor circular swimming pool surrounding the helicopter landing pad on the top floor of the building. In reality, it is a common indoor short course pool, which, although transparent and infinity, is still far from what was imagined, not even close to a buyer's show.
Talking about the service, the staff training is in place, with enthusiastic greetings everywhere, and any problems can be solved at any time. Especially when checking in, I received sincere help from Miss Peng at the front desk, for which I am very grateful.
Finally, the new hotel is poised to launch and is very worth checking in. Remember to choose good weather before setting off.

Chongqing Conrad, the rise of the mountain city!
I stayed at the Hyatt below for two weeks before the opening. It served as a transition for settling down in Chongqing for a year. Having stayed in the long-established Conrad suites in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and the newly opened Shenzhen Conrad (I watched the show 'Sisters Who Make Waves', and the promotional video for Shenzhen Conrad was shot by Xie Xin, which I quite liked), I also checked out the newly opened Orchard Road Conrad in Singapore.
Chongqing might be the first one that truly breaks the conventional image from the inside out, exceeding expectations.
Just checked in, took the camera, and went on a crazy shooting spree. In the evening, I experienced the lounge and the swimming pool. It's a pity that I have to work tomorrow, can't sleep in, and can't stay for a few more days.
Before W Jiangbeizui is fixed, I declare that Chongqing Conrad will become my weekend spot for lying flat! It's fantastic.

It's been a long time since I stayed at a Hilton, and the various services are really up to par. They even gave us a small cake for our honeymoon (and it's tasty!) You can feel that the hotel has just opened, the staff are quite nervous, but their attitude is very good, and they are very proactive in solving problems.
However, there are quite a few small details that I feel still need to be continuously improved. For example, even though we booked breakfast, the front desk initially said there was no double breakfast, which confused us.
The overall space still smells a bit like renovation, which made my respiratory tract quite uncomfortable, but the provided air purifier was quite effective.
The night view from the room was disappointing, possibly due to the foggy city. The first room we booked had a little problem, but they immediately upgraded us to a better room, which was very solid!
Three years ago, one month into our relationship, my boyfriend and I came to Chongqing for a trip.
