#familytravel 📍Danang, Vietnam Danang is such a chill and relaxing place that is perfectly perfect for a family travel. Here’s the summary of my 4 days 3 nights Danang itinerary: Day 1: Stroll along Danang city. Visit the pink cathedral, Danang Dragon Bridge and also have some Vietnamese food and coffee! Day 2: A day trip to Hoi An. We took the taxi which was about a 45 minutes ride from Danang city, pretty easy and convenient there’s no need to book ahead. We experienced the coconut basket boat ride which was so much fun. Head over to the ancient town and spent the entire afternoon strolling around and got more coffee! See the lights and lanterns when the night falls. How pretty! Day 3: One day trip to Bana Hills which was inclusive of the Golden Bridge, French Village and Fantasy Park. Pretty cool place, very instagrammable with cool weather. Do bring along jacket if you’re visiting during the ‘winter’ season. Day 4: Stroll along My Khe beach, have breakfast at the hotel and depart to airport.

Starting with those who have a lot of time, a relaxing 5 days 4 nights (for those who think they only have 3 days 2 nights, skip down below). 5 days 4 nights Day 1 - Fly in the morning, arrive at Da Nang Airport in Vietnam around 9 am. - For those who want to travel conveniently, I recommend leaving your luggage at the hotel first. - Then go have brunch first because you wake up early to get ready to board the plane, you must be hungry. I recommend Quán phở Hồng, a famous pho restaurant in Da Nang. It's definitely delicious. You don't have to worry about the taste because many tourists have reviewed it, especially Thais. - After eating, go sit at a chill cafe and take beautiful photos at Cong Cafe. There are many branches, but the branch closest to the pho restaurant is about 100 meters away. For those who drink coffee, I recommend coconut coffee. - After drinking coffee and taking photos, We will start collecting Landmarks in Da Nang, which are Dragon Bridge and Dragon Crap. There will be Love Bridge next to it. Let's go for a walk and see. - Before going back to check-in at the hotel, if anyone is near Vincom Plaza Da Nang, you can stop by to walk around or buy some things first. After that, rest at the hotel. - In the evening, around 7 pm, go to Son Tra Night Market to buy souvenirs and eat dinner there. If you go earlier, the shops are not open yet. They are setting up their stuff. - After eating, walk out to the front of the market and you will see Dragon Crap and Dragon Bridge. Both places will have lights on. You can come and see their beauty at night. And Dragon Crap will spray water (it doesn't spray during the day. Will start spraying at 7 pm) Day 2 - Today we will go to Bana Hills, Bana Hills. The car will pick us up in front of the A La Carte A La Carte Danang Beach Hotel, which is located next to My Khe Beach at 8:30 am. We will arrive at the cable car entrance to Bana Hills at around 9:30 am. - Take the cable car up to Bana Hills for 20 minutes. - You can walk around all day to your heart's content there. - On the way back, the car will pick us up at the cable car exit at 4:30 pm. You should allow about 30 minutes to queue for the cable car because there will be a lot of people going down at the same time. The tour group will also come down at this time. - Return to the A La carte hotel at around 5:30 PM. After that, walk across the street to walk at My Khe Beach. Day 3 - Today, I woke up a bit late. I checked out of the hotel at exactly noon. - Called a Grab car to Hoi An, a distance of about 30 kilometers, taking 30-40 minutes (similar to Din Daeng to Rangsit when there is no traffic jam). - For those who want to take a basket boat, today is the same way to Hoi An, but we were too lazy to take it, so we didn't go, lol. - When we arrived in Hoi An, we left our bags at the hotel and rented a motorbike from the hotel. First meal of the day at Cao Lãu Thanh restaurant, very Lacal restaurant, not many tourists but very delicious. Information from the hotel recommended - After eating, go back to check-in and rest at the hotel - In the evening, ride a motorbike to Hai An old town, walk around, take a boat, eat there Day 4 - Wake up, check out of the hotel at noon as usual, go to Hoi An old town again, walk around and see the atmosphere during the day - Come back to Da Nang, check in at the hotel where we stayed for the last night - In the afternoon, around 4 pm, go to Son Tra Marina cafe, here take beautiful pictures, sit and watch the fishermen's way of life at the cafe, chill out - After that, you can go for a walk at My Khe beach again - For dinner tonight, go to Pizza 4 Ps restaurant on the banks of the Han River Because I was waiting to see the Dragon Bridge show that spit fire and water (It will be on Saturday-Sunday at 9 pm. If anyone goes during this time, you can stop by to see it.) Day 5 - The last day, I had to catch a flight back to Thailand at 6 pm. I woke up late as usual. I checked out of the hotel at noon. - I stopped by to buy souvenirs again at Han Market, which is a souvenir market (actually, if you don't have anything to buy, you don't have to go, lol). - I went to eat at Bánh Canh Yên, another very local restaurant that we went to eat at, but I can't tell you where it is because Grab took us there, lol. - After that, I went to rest at Reply 1988 cafe. I recommend it because it's cheap and very delicious. It's not too far from the airport. - End of the trip. In fact, there are many more tourist attractions in Da Nang. Another landmark is the Pink Church or Danang Cathedral. If you don't want to go to Han Market, you can go here instead. Or if you wake up early, you can go to both places. And if you have a budget and want to sleep on Bana Hill, you can sleep there. The next day, wake up and travel there for another day or half a day, then leave Bana Hill to Hoi An because 1 day on Bana Hill is really not enough. Next time, for those who have less time, 3 days and 2 nights, I will try to write as short and concise as possible because I have already written a long time. 3 days and 2 nights Day 1 - It is recommended to fly in the morning, arrive and leave your luggage at the hotel and travel around the city first. - Then go to Hoi An. For those who want to go on a bamboo boat ride first, it is recommended to leave Da Nang early. There are many other places to visit in Hoi An besides the ones we went to. You can go all day. - In the evening, go to Hoi An Old Town, walk around, eat, and cruise to your heart's content, then return to Da Nang to sleep. During weekends, you can even sit here and watch the performance on the Dragon Bridge without the crowd. The crowd will be on the Dragon Bridge. We recommend that you prepare cold medicine, intestinal regulators, and anti-diarrheal medicine in your carry-on luggage. 🔹Money At Narita Airport, there are few places where you can exchange money for Vietnamese dong. Accommodation: Da Nang (My Khe Beach) Day 5: Da Nang 🚘 Hoi An Ancient Town, the drive from Da Nang to Hoi An Ancient Town takes about 45 minutes, and the arrival time is just around 4 pm. Sightseeing: Take a coconut boat (45 minutes) - Hoi An Ancient Town - Japanese Bridge - Take a lantern boat (20 minutes). Accommodation: Da Nang (My Khe Beach) Day6: Da Nang Visit: Han Market (Local Products Wholesale Market) - Da Nang Pink Church - Cham Museum - Dragon Bridge - Son Tra Night Market Accommodation: Da Nang (My Khe Beach) Day7: Da Nang Visit: One-day tour to Bana Hills. It is recommended to check the weather. If the weather is bad, it will be difficult to take photos on the mountain, and the temperature difference is large. If the weather is bad, you can choose to go to Son Tra Peninsula, drink coffee facing the sea☕️ and watch a sunset.
