Wukang Ting is a European-style leisure space transformed from an old bungalow at No. 376 Wukang Road, a place that is easy to be missed by passers-by. The design and site selection of Wukang Court is very secretive, nestled in a green alley on Wukang Road. The old red brick house in front is the residence of diplomats during the Republic of China, and the white building in the back is the office building of the former Shanghai Instrument Bureau, built in the 1970s. Tenants of "Wu Kang Ting" now include award-winning restaurants, wine shops, beauty salons, clothing stores, flower shops, galleries and more. The concept advocated by "Wu Kang Ting" is elegant living. It has been reported by the famous LUXE guide since 2007 and has become a designated venue for the 2010 World Expo to receive tourists.

Sichuan Citizen - Shanghai
#passionpassport
For a real taste of Sichuan province in Shanghai, head to Ferguson Lane. Located above Pistachios, Sichuan Citizen embodies the spice and flavours of Sichuan province. Entrance is slightly hidden, enter through a small walkway and head upstairs in the lift.
The basil cocktails are amazing, option of spicy or not and also alcoholic or non alcoholic.
Food is definitely made to share, head with friends and select numerous dishes and try. The food is tasty!

Sun Kissed
With summer already here in Shanghai; rooftop bars, brunches, and coffee places are all getting soaked in that hot kisses💋. Although coming from a part of India which has different flavorful drinks🍵 to soothe your nerves during summer, Shanghai summer is not that easy to catch up 🪝.
To get a nice outdoor seating with a bit of shade, better gotta make a reservation the previous day and show up earlier to seal your spot at 📍Colca in Hengshan road. Had a cappuccino ☕ that was in perfect temperature to suit the weather. Won't it be crazy if you try making masala coffee😛 like masala chai (tea) which comes with a bit of cardamom and spices. Let me run back to my kitchen and give it a try now 🤠 #coffeeshop #urbanexplorer

Local Fun Guide → The Most Popular Wukang Road/Anfu Road Area
The weather is warm this weekend, and the sun is out. Take subway Line 10 or Line 11 to Jiaotong University Station, Exit 7. Walk about 400m along Huaihai Middle Road to reach Wukang Road. You'll find the sidewalks of Wukang Building are packed with people taking photos.
Here are some recommendations for places to visit and enjoy along Wukang Road, heading east:
1. Wukang Building: The red-brick Wukang Building is a landmark on Wukang Road and a must-visit photo spot, so this is also the busiest intersection.
2. Lao Mai Coffee: Located in Wukang Building, this is a famous internet-famous cafe.
3. Wukang Court: A commercial market that attracts a lot of attention online.
4. Romeo Balcony: A romantic, internet-famous balcony with a Spanish-style garden residence, a must-visit spot for photos.
At the end of Wukang Road, turn onto the equally popular Anfu Road. Along the way, you can visit 13DE MARZO, Dylan Wang's D.DESIRABLE Anfu Road store, and the Korean cultural and creative store wiggle wiggle.

📍Fu Kai Sen Apartment--the filming location of "Lust, Caution"

Personal experience:
It has always been quite famous, and there are many people during the day, so we chose to come at night. There aren't that many people coming at night. This building looks like an elephant, and it is actually an elephant hahha. Walking on Wukang Road reminded me of the scene of Badaguan in Qingdao. It feels like there are similar roads in every place. After all, these are the former residences of celebrities, as well as century-old European-style buildings. : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : It is recommended to go there during the day and at night. After all, Shanghai under the sycamore trees has a unique flavor.

A place to slow down on Wukang Road!
⭐️Wukang Road is not just about the Wukang Mansion; there is also a hidden commercial street in the residential area. Here, you have many options if you want to slow down and take a break.
⭐️Cafes, Western restaurants, galleries, art shops, flower shops, and clothing stores can all be found in this small area.
⭐️Walking through the alleys, you can discover a little surprise at every turn. Colorful cushions are placed on the terrace steps, and parasols provide a comfortable environment. Flowers add vibrant colors to the decor, creating a romantic atmosphere everywhere.
⭐️I especially love browsing the small shops here. They have many interesting little things, niche fashion items, and everywhere you look, there is something that catches your eye.

The new Shanghai exhibition 'Paper Moon' glimpses art in bookbinding
Located in Wukang Court, Songyin Art brings the 'Paper Moon' exhibition, presenting the current advanced artistic bookbinding craftsmanship in China.
The same-named album 'Paper Moon' also debuted with the exhibition, not only collecting the calligraphy and painting works of several masters such as Dong Qiao, Zhou Kexi, Yang Zhi Shui, Bai Qianshen, Xu Jun, Lu Hao, Huang Jianliang, Gu Jing, Yushi, but also included dozens of fully handmade leather-bound books.
Bookbinding has never been a simple art. The exhibition can be said to be the 'Hermes in the book', a hard-to-find collection of great value. Friends who are interested can go and watch.
