My visit to Jonker Walk in Melaka was a total blast! The street was buzzing with energy, full of colorful stalls, lively music, and the delicious smell of street food. I loved trying yummy treats like juicy chicken rice balls, sweet coconut shakes, and crispy spring rolls—so tasty! Shopping was so much fun too! There were tons of unique souvenirs, from handmade trinkets to quirky T-shirts. I even found some cool antiques and fun knick-knacks to take home. The atmosphere was electric, especially with street performers entertaining the crowds. Jonker Walk was a non-stop adventure, full of flavors, laughter, and fun surprises around every corner. A modern capital city and transportation hub of China’s southern Yunnan province. 💃🏻We loved walking the streets experiencing daily life, and in contrast to other busy cities, this area was tranquil at a time in the morning that gave me a retreat-like feeling. Then we visited Yuantong Temple (圆通寺) which is one of the oldest Buddhist temples of Kunming. Tianzifang田子坊 Taking small walk during the day in one of the most historical places in Shanghai. So many tiny cute stores galleries, coffeshops and bars. It's very colorful and bright with greeneries hugging old buildings. What I really like about small shops in Shanghai is the super cute entrance design with main display facing consumers at the doors where you can see the most adorable and beautiful products such as perfume, chocolate, tea, souvenirs etc. Every store has its own style and never repetitive. Residenzplatz is a large, stately public square in the old town of Salzburg and also the largest square in the old town. There's some really beautiful buildings surrounding the square such as Residenzgalerie Residenz Palace, the Glockenspiel and Salzburg Cathedral. At the centre of the square is the Residenz Fountain. Plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes around the square as well. Architecture that will leave you stunned. Ironically, I never heard nor knew about Tamsui Old Street until my local friend took me there during my trip. The street is well known in Taiwan for its historical past and local delicacies. My friend told me that there was initially a proposal to expand the railway system with a part of it running through the old street, but the project was modified so as preserve the street which has been there for more than a century since the Qing Dynasty. Some local delicacies are the iron eggs and Agei (transparent noodles wrapped in tofu).Since it’s a coastal village, there’s an abundance of seafood snacks along the street: baked squid, fried fish, shrimp rolls… I defo recommend the seafood there. Everything I ate was fresh and delicious! There are also lots of options around if you feel like shopping. I also wandered in the alleys along the street to explore around. The street was pretty crowded, especially on a Saturday afternoon.
