Stay at Singapore's Iconic MBS 🤩
#timetotravel
Wow, what an experience to stay at one of the best & luxurious hotels in the world. I chose this beautiful hotel for my birthday celebration and guess, it was worth it.
MBS stands for Marina Bay Sands, has now become an iconic Landmark in Singapore. With a shopping mall, casino and gardens by the bay, it has everything for your perfect stay.
Loved the room and services and the view of Gardens by the way was unmatched.
Cherry on the top is it's infinity pool, which is world wide popular for its size. City Views from pool were incredible, loved the swimming experience here.
Overall best experiences of my life so far!

[Explore Singapore] Day Trip to Pulau Ubin
Born and bred in Singapore, I took everything we have for granted, and always yearned for the sense of freedom abroad.
It took a pandemic for me to take a closer look at everything Singapore has to offer. So here I was, traveling to Pulau Ubin for the first time in my life. It was just a 30-40min boat ride away, but it always felt distant.
Then I realised it was because of the time, not distance.
Pulau Ubin felt like it stayed in the 60s, where kampung houses were still the norm in Singapore. But I never knew what the 60s were, so how could I feel the nostalgia?
All I felt was warmth. Warmth from a day of cycling around the island. Warmth from climbing to the top of the viewing deck to look beyond the shore. Warmth from exploring the mangrove swamps. And warmth from the smiles of the residents.
All those digital amenities and conveniences of modern Singapore probably couldn’t beat the warmth of Pulau Ubin for these residents.

Uniquely Singapore!
✨Marina Bay Sands!✨
Marina Bay Sands is one of the most iconic hotels in Singapore with its infinity pool that is a bucket list experience in itself. I’ve had the opportunity to stay here a few times and honestly I always feel like it’s worth the steep price. For one, let’s talk about the rooms- they are huge for Singapore standards. I’ve stayed at a few other 5 star hotels in the city and found most to be quite cramped. Secondly, the infinity pool is like no other. It will take your breath away every time you stand in front of it. Just make sure you don’t go during the main monsoon seasons or you’ll end up with no view. 🫠 Additionally, the hotel literally offers panoramic views from any angle; be it the central business district or Keppel bay or gardens by the bay!
The service, food, ambiance is all top notch. I haven’t had a bad experience so far hence I’ll always be thrilled to go on another staycay at MBS!

Two Instagramable Spots in Singapore
What I love about Singapore is they have a lot of free instagrammable spot. I will show you two of my favorites. The Old Police Station and Central Fire Station are situated next to each other. The closest MRT Station is City Hall Station. But I get there by bus as the bus station is right in front of Old Police Station. They're look amazing at day and night. But I prefer at noon as the colorful building look more attractive when the sky is bright. Actually, you can enter to Central Fire Station. It's the oldest fire station in Singapore, so it might has a long history to be shared. If you asked me which one I should visit first? I would recommend you to visit Old Police Station and then Central Fire Station. After that, you can explore the surrounding area. It's a walking distance to Fort Canning, Funan Mall, and City Hall. #singapore #awesomepic #urbanexplorer #singapore_featured

Nice small park suitable for jog and walks!
#meetsingapore
Punggol Park - Located at Hougang instead of Punggol actually! (Very often, People do mix this up with Punggol Waterway Park instead)
Address: Hougang Ave 10, Singapore 538768
It’s pretty much a nice small cosy park suitable for jogging and walking. You will usually see many people walking their dogs in the evening or perhaps just taking a stroll after dinner.
It’s around 1.5km for one round?
usually takes me around 3 rounds to complete my 5km runs.
There’s also a small Bistro Cafe that is pet friendly right in the middle of the park with a small nice river scenery!
Quite decent and yummy food and good to chill around with your furkid and friends!

Where else can you find more than 100,000 marine animals in one location other than SEA Aquarium in Singapore! 🐠 🦈
It has diverse collection of marine animals and you can get close to them! There is even a station whereby you can touch the marine animals! Every corner is an instagram-worthy photo corner and you will definitely walk home with a new display photo taken here 😉 You can also learn about each and every marine animals in the aquarium through the write up shown at each station.

West Coast Park
Address: W Coast Ferry Rd, Singapore 126978
Highlights:
West Coast Park is popular for kite flying, camping, barbequeing, beach volleyball, walking and cycling. There are some adventure playgrounds for kids, equipped to cater to children of multiple age groups, a marsh garden and open field where you can play games, fly kites, etc.
I enjoy both the morning and evening walks, the landscape is really beautiful. Night strolling is pretty romantic too. This park is a great place to relax and recharge yourself, and perfect for family outing. I would definitely experience the campsite somedays.
There is a McDonald's restaurant in the park, always crowded especially during weekends and public holidays. You may bring your own food and have a picnic there.

Loyang Tua Pek Kong Temple
Address: 20 Loyang Way, Singapore 508774
Highlights:
It is an interesting multi-religious temple where you can find different deities from Buddhism, Taoism, and Hinduism etc, all under one roof.
I think it is great for a multinational country, to show to the community that we all can live together in harmony irrespective of religion.
Beautiful architecture, worth visiting for tourists as well, not just religious. The temple is open for prayer 24 hours. Usually crowded with devotees of varying faiths. It was quite smokey caused by incense and joss papers. Could be really hot if you stay longer.

Highlights:
At first I thought it would be boring but surprisingly it was fun, especially when I saw the wax version of the founding father of modern Singapore, Mr. Lee Kuan Yew, and Mrs Lee. The wax figure is based on a photo taken at a Valentine's Day event. Omg it was so real and sweet!
The crowd wasn't too bad that day. I managed to take a lot of photos with the wax figures I like. It was divided into few zones, TV & Film, Sports, and IIFA Awards Experience. There were quite a few local celebrities wax figures, like JJ, Stefanie Sun, Zoe Tay, Gurmit Singh, and footballer Fandi Ahmad.
