Palma de Mallorca in December
Visiting recently the capital of the Balearic Islands, Palma de Mallorca, I fell in love with the idea to leave in December at +20 °C 🌡️ Excluding the massive reconstruction works around the coastline promenade, everything was great 😎 The old town is a real-life labyrinth. So many narrow street with charming atmosphere and hidden patios. Authentic architecture and warm people around. The bars and restaurants are full of life, although it's a low season for them. You can feel the rhythm of Palma and follow all the temptations to find 🌞

The streets of Madrid
Despite being its capital city, Madrid is often overlooked by visitors to Spain in favour of cities such as Barcelona and Seville or its beach resorts and islands. What the means though is visitors to Madrid may get a little more space to explore the city and fewer tourist traps.
Some of the highlights that the city has to offer include the view from the rooftop of the El Corte Ingles department store, the stunning Reitro Park with its boating lake at the heart, wandering along the shops of Grand Via and it’s beautiful flower market #madrid #spain #voyagevibes
🇪🇸Gofresquina - Have a warm sweet waffle under the cooling weather
#europetrip
Gofresquina is a little cute shop on Tossa de Mar, Spain that sells Belgian waffles 🧇. The shop owner was so friendly and humble. Not forget to mention, the waffle I ordered was simply amazing - freshly baked, crispy, and incredibly delicious. The menu was pretty simple where you can order authentic waffle with various toppings including chocolate, strawberry, speculaas and more!

Best chilled island in Spain
Visiting Menorca was such a peaceful escape. It’s like a quieter, more relaxed version of Ibiza, with beautiful beaches and calm vibes. I loved the clear turquoise waters and the hidden coves, which made it feel like a private paradise. There’s something about the calm atmosphere that really helps to unwind.
One tip: rent a car to explore the island. Some of the best beaches and spots are tucked away, and it’s easy to get around. The drive is stunning, and you’ll discover so many little gems along the way.
The local food is great, especially the seafood. I tried the famous "caldereta de langosta" (lobster stew), and it was delicious. The charm of Menorca is that it feels authentic and not overrun by tourists.
For me, Menorca was the perfect getaway to recharge. It’s the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy the scenery, and just take your time without the crowds.

The finest architecture in Spain
Visiting the Alhambra in Granada was amazing. From the moment I walked in, I couldn’t believe how beautiful everything was—the buildings, the gardens, the views of the city. It really feels like stepping back in time, surrounded by history and art. The sunsets there are especially gorgeous.
A good tip: definitely book your tickets ahead of time. It gets super crowded, and you don’t want to miss out. Also, wear comfy shoes, because there’s a lot of walking, especially uphill, but it’s totally worth it.
I spent so much time in the Nasrid Palaces. The details on the walls and ceilings are unreal. The courtyards are peaceful, and you just want to keep exploring. There’s so much to take in at every turn.

Seville Cathedral - Spain
This largest Gothic cathedral in the world was built between 1434 and 1517 on the ruins of the city's main mosque.
Particularly noteworthy when visiting the cathedral are the Giralda Tower - a bell tower that originally served as a minaret of an ancient mosque; the monumental tomb of Christopher Columbus and the Main Chapel with an amazing golden altar.
Address: Seville Cathedral, Av. de la Constitución, s/n, 41004 Sevilla, Spain.

European solo trip with me💐
#solotrip
Seville landed at 12 noon on the first day, because it was a flight from France. It was very fast to leave the airport. Turn right at the exit and there is a bus (EA on Google). There is a ticket office in front of the bus station, 5 euros.
I'm already excited on the bus. The roadside is full of purple flowers, reflecting the super beautiful buildings.
It took 40 minutes to get to the TOC hostel where I live. I highly recommend it - the staff inside are very nice, the scenic spot is right at the door, and there is also a sofaarea outside where you can sunbathe (p11
* It is recommended to go to the street near Pie.de Villa for dinner. The restaurant will be more authentic. I went to Restaurante El Pasaje Tapas. The environment is very good, but I feel that the tapas I ordered are not very good at eating - their cold taoas seasoning sauces are It is very rich and vivid, which is very different from the Chinese refreshing and American simplicity. I passed by a coffee shop and bought a latte in the hot summer. Seville is very distinctive about their carriages, many of which are used for tourism, and some are for policemen riding horses. But when you stop on the side of the road and listen to the accordion and guitar, eat snacks with sangria at noon, return to the youth hostel and nest in the shade of the sofa, and hear the sound of horses hooves kicking outside, really I think this is the Spanish Yunnan.
* The two most famous attractions in Seville are Real Alcazar (Seville Palace, the location of the right tour) and Cathedral de Seville (one of the five cathedrals in the world)
Because the itinerary was only scheduled a few days ago, you can set whatever you want.
Enter the church in Seville at 5:00 p.m. and go to the tower first. The windows facing in all directions and the fence are already very beautiful (p4-6), but the moment you come out of the stairs and stand on the top floor, the wind roars, and it feels worth it. There are several windows above each direction to see the whole scenery, because next to it is the palace. It is said that there are also large and small parks in the city.
The church is also easy to visit. Unfortunately, I didn't buy an audioguide at that time. It must be more interesting to understand the meaning of history and cultural relics (p7-10)

❤️Stunning Park Guell-A MUST VISIT in Barcelona
🇪🇸 Buzzing Barcelona🇪🇸
Here I am at one of the most iconic spots in Park Güell—the mesmerizing serpentine bench that gracefully winds around the Plaça de la Natura, the park’s vibrant central plaza. This stunning piece of art is unlike any other in the city, inviting visitors to sit and take in the breathtaking views.
From this vantage point, I looked out beyond the park’s enchanting gingerbread-style gatehouses, where the sprawling city skyline stretched all the way to the shimmering sea. The two gatehouses themselves are beloved landmarks, each radiating Gaudí’s signature whimsy and charm. These are also my favorite part of the park, just beautiful to look at💙
As I soaked in the atmosphere, I couldn’t help but marvel at the sight of La Sagrada Família in the distance, its intricate towers rising majestically against the sky. It’s moments like these that truly capture the magic of Barcelona! 💙🌟

💙SIPS—The No.1 Bar in the World located in Barcelona💙
🇪🇸Buzzing Barcelona🇪🇸
I definitely did not pass up the opportunity to visit “SIPS” ~ a drinkery house/cocktail
Bar located in the same area we were staying at in the Eixample neighborhood. We did have to wait in line for a while, and the line got even longer within the first 30 minutes of opening. Happy we got in as were like the 5th in line🥳
🥇Hialed and Awarded as 2023’s BEST BAR IN THE WORLD AND BEST BAR IN EUROPE
Also known as The Best Cocktail Bar in the World🏆
🍾The interior of SIPS was nothing short of a simple yet inviting bar, but one thing you will notice here is that there is no physical barrier or that long bar table, that is usually between the bartender and the customers, this creates a rather more homey vibe where one can socialize even with the bartenders themselves.
We had their Bergamot Negroni— quite a special one, as it is served with “unmelting” ice, we had their Gin infused Shakerato, their Frida Kahlo Tequila, Vodka Mil Fulls and their Mosaic. My favorite was the Bergamot Negroni👍
🍹The bartenders were really very creative and made sure they made and presented the cocktails with precision, friendly people too.
🤭As we left people still kept coming in and the place, was really busy. Many locals and tourists come to visit and I guess try to their world famous cocktails. Glad we got the chance👍
