I stayed at the Shangri-La Hotel, Nanshan, Shenzhen this weekend and highly recommend it. 📍Location: The Shangri-La Hotel, Nanshan is located in Nanshan District, adjacent to the Shenzhen Bay Port, with a superior geographical location. Nearby is the R&F Mall, offering various dining and entertainment options. The transportation is also very convenient, as it is right next to the Hongshu Bay Metro Station. 🏨Rooms: The design is mainly Lingnan garden style, elegant and cozy. The rooms are located above the 66th floor, and this time I stayed on the 68th floor, overlooking the charming scenery of Shenzhen Bay and the golf course. The toiletries are from John Masters Organics, with a fresh and moisturizing scent. The room also has a faucet that provides filtered drinking water, which is very convenient and environmentally friendly. 🍔Dining: The hotel offers a variety of dining options, including the exquisite Chinese restaurant Summer Palace and the casual lobby lounge. We enjoyed the hotel's buffet breakfast, which had a wide range of choices such as congee, dim sum, freshly cooked noodles, and various fruits. Notably, there was freshly opened coconut water, and almost everyone took one. 🏊🏻Facilities: The hotel has an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, and spa, located on the 77th floor, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether you are spending a holiday with your family or enjoying leisure time with friends, the Shangri-La Hotel, Nanshan, Shenzhen is a hotel worth staying at. One of the best decisions I made during my trip to the Maldives was staying at Oblu Select Sangeli. I had an incredible and unforgettable experience there. Pathumwan Princess is a 5-star hotel is easily accessible via the National Stadium BTS train station. It is also directly connected to the MBK shopping mall, which was a convenient choice for our stay. The hotel also has a luxurious lounge where guests staying in executive categories can enjoy complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. If you are the type of person who enjoys fluffy and bouncy pancakes like me, I highly recommend this restaurant at Bugis Junction that specializes in making the perfect Japanese soufflé pancakes. Literally the main thing on their menu. You can have these pancakes in either a savoury or sweet dish. I opted to try them with eggs benedict and wow, did it taste good! Soft and mildly sweet, plus the eggs were cooked wonderfully. Definitely check this out (but do know that prices are on the high side too)! Located in Terminal 4 of Singapore Changi Airport, Heavenly Wang is a well-known cafe specializing in traditional local cuisine! After you pass immigration, this cafe can be found all the way at the end of the corridor. If you are looking for the best hot pot dining experience, you should go for Hai Di Lao restaurant known for their soups! There are many outlets and the one we visited was at 313 Somerset shopping mall, which has extra value-added facilities like a nail spa parlour and a kids toys playroom. Of course, the food is very good! You can choose from beef, pork, fish, prawns and many more, easy ordering via the iPad. Condiments, sauces, side dishes and desserts were also free-flow. The soft beancurd dessert is a must-try, sweet and refreshing! Ambience is very comfortable overall even though there were many people. A very unique experience! If you are visiting Vietnam, you have to put Pizza 4Ps Cafe on your to-try travel itinerary! It is such a famous brand that they now have over 30 stores across the country. What I like about this cafe is that if you can’t decide what pizza flavours to pick, you can always select a few and have them all in one single pizza! Of course this costs a little bit more but it’s worth it. And the quality of the food is beyond yummy! The pasta and fried chicken we had were super flavourful and well-cooked.
