Walking through the narrow halls and up to the rooftop provides with amazing views of the city and the Vatican. Pro tip: The lines can get long, so try to visit early in the day. Also, don't miss the walk along the top ramparts—it's peaceful and offers one of the best views in Rome. It’s definitely worth the visit for the history and views.
