Cherrie Angeles ( The Philippines ) City Life in Wuxi
Wuxi is a city located in central mainland China in the Jiangsu province. It is a city with plenty of style and class if you know where to look.
There are plenty of things to do in this city including movie theaters, games, tourist attractions and plenty of restaurants to eat at.
At night, the city lights up like a Christmas tree, it is gorgeous and many times I would find myself walking around chasing the lights to see what is there.
If you are a tourist it is very tourist friendly and often will have signs English and Chinese so that one can know and understand where to go and what to do.
Highly recommend a trip to Wuxi and enjoy the city life.

The LingShan Buddha Wuxi China 🇨🇳
The LingShan Buddha is one of the worlds largest buddha and is a huge tourist attraction located in the outskirts of the city of Wuxi.
The LingShan Buddha stands tall and strong on top of the hill, up the steps, and near the mountains. Usually people can be found praying to the Buddha and shopping at the gift shops located under the Buddhas feet as well as at the bottom of the stairs.
The Buddha can be very crowded in high season especially the summer and yet it is not so difficult to reach.
A car or taxi is recommended however, get with some friends and family and ride share your way there.
Would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area.

Lihu Lake Wuxi, China 无锡, 中国
Welcome to Lihu Lake in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China. It is without a doubt one of the most beautiful pedestrian slake areas in the country.
The Lihu Scenic Lake area is extremely walkable and connected by roads and or by pathway through and around the large area. Often, one can see the boats peddling around on the water as people lag and giggle. As you walk around the lake you will also see fisherman working on their next catch to sell or cook.
Be sure to take a walk around the lake area and see the sunrise and/or sunset because the look of the water waving around with the sun rising or setting in the background is rather relaxing.
Definitely worth a visit. Strong recommendation.

Temple Life in Wuxi China 🇨🇳
Nanchan Temple is a location near the city where one can come for a peaceful time of prayer, purchase prayer beads or related items, and be around other like minded faith individuals.
I love this location because even though the downtown busy city of Wuxi is not so far away this location has always been ultra relaxing for me and others I have had the pleasure of visiting here with.
Plenty of places to eat in the area including snacks foods or KFC but also traditional Chinese foods.
There is a subway line that brings you here as well so if you don’t have a car don’t worry.
There’s also plenty of other places to go in the area as well.
If you happen to be in there city, take my advice and give this place a quick visit.

Wuxi (无锡) Beauty
Lived here for years in China working with this view. I have only love for the people of Wuxi, Jiangsu, China.
Wuxi is a beautiful city only 45 minutes away from Shanghai by high speed train. The city has plenty of malls, museums, and entertaining things to do and experience. It would be quite difficult to be bored and people tend to be more relaxed without the fast paced style of life such as in Shanghai or Beijing.
You’ll often find that convenience is never a problem such as finding a restaurant to eat in or a mall to go to in order to go shopping.
If you are in China or happen to be passing through, I highly recommend this small but not so small city for one to visit.

Mid sized modern city mixed with the old
Wuxi is in Jiangsu province right by other cities of Changzhou and Suzhou. The city is a mid sized city by Chinese standards so you won't feel it's overly crowded. However it's still has many of the modern conveniences of a city and is a nice place to visit.
At the heart of the city there's a shopping area that is a perfect example of the old and new coexisting. The central space of the area includes several historic buildings which are persevered within such an unusual setting. Nonetheless it works and is a great way for the city to conserve some bits of its past while still modernizing.
There's also the area around Nanchan Temple, which is a historic area around the temple that is very picturesque. There are also many stalls that sell different types of street.
Wuxi is also know for its sweet food, such as Wuxi pork ribs. The dishes are usually sweet and flavored with vinegar. Certainly a must try if you're in the area!
Overall, Wuxi is a nice city to spend a few days. There aren't an excessive list of attractions but still nonetheless they are interesting to visit. Also, be sure to try its famous sweet food!

Wuxi from above 🏯
On this day I took a trip to this not so popular but extremely beautiful part of Wuxi, and this place is called the Dangkou ancient town. it is this peaceful water town This is also known and has the reputation of “Little Suzhou“. it’s a place where you can experience the ancient Chinese in a really true form. the first time I was there It was purely coincidental, I didn’t even know that such a place existed, however the next time I visited was different and I know I had to capture some of the aerial aspects of this place.
This is surely a place that I recommend that you visit if you’re looking for an authentic Chinese experience
