The bar and dining are on the 1st floor, the front desk is on the 2nd floor, and you can get amenities there too ✌️ There seems to have been other spaces where you could work! Unfortunately, I went to work at the Yokohama office as usual...🤣 The bar offers a free welcome drink until 10pm on the day of check-in 🥂 They told me about three menus, but I've forgotten! 😓 I made it in time at 9:55pm and had some sparkling wine (maybe) The room was designed to look like a cruise ship🚢 American vintage furniture was used♡ But it was surprisingly relaxing! I hate a room that's not relaxing after work, so this was nice and good lol The bathroom had the feel of a normal business hotel! . . . This place is scenic and you can see many iconic landmark such as the ferries wheel and Minato Mirai has excellent waterfront views. If you are in Yokohama and like the idea of Hanoi styled egg coffee or even a very vietnmaese like banh mi. Then cafe giang would be one of your best bets. There is also self serve tea for free while you relax. The Egg coffee was interesting to try, very distinct bitter coffee but sweet pudding-like egg foam on top to mix through. They also have a deal which gives a good discount on your next drink order after you finish the first cup. Doesn't apply to take outs, but I think while you are exhausted from the china town and roaming. This can be a good spot to hang out for a while. We went there for lunch. I and my friend had VEGETARIAN PESTO AVOCADO MELT SANDWICH. Their set meals are served with a clear soup and a choice of either Iced/Hot coffee, Iced oolong tea or a choice of Ronnefeldt Hot Teas. I had mint and fresh tea. It was enough to make me want to see more of this place. After looking around the various travel spots in Yokohama #Minato Mirai21 (#みなとみらい21), the sun was slowly setting. No matter where I go, I always find sunset and night view points and take time-lapse photos, so I decided to capture the night view of Yokohama as well. As luck would have it, the Minato Mirai 21 area is famous for its famous spots. Anyway, while looking for a place where I could capture a great scene, I found a place where a ship called #Nippon Maru was on display, so I set up my tripod and settled down there. As the sun set and the surrounding buildings and streetlights turned on, I was able to capture scenes that became more and more splendid. On the other hand, there was a light show on the Ferris wheel at the amusement park across the street, and there was plenty to see... It was so much so that I wanted to see more of this place. I went to Yokohama #Minatomirai21 and first saw the Red Brick Warehouse before moving on to the next spot. It was the #CupNoodleMuseum!! It is a place where you can see things related to the world's first cup ramen, created by Momofuku Ando, ​​a Taiwanese-Japanese. After purchasing the ticket, I made a reservation to make my own cup ramen and started looking around from the first course. There were all kinds of ramen from around the world on display, and I was so happy to see not only Shin Ramyun from Korea but also Kangsoofu products that I enjoyed eating when I was studying abroad in China. However, the highlight was making my own cup ramen. It was quite fun because it consisted of purchasing a container, decorating it with my own design, making the ramen with 4 toppings of my choice, and then packaging it. There was also a kids' cafe where young children could run around, a theater where you could watch videos related to cup ramen, and the shack where cup ramen was first developed was actually decorated, so it felt like going back to that time, and I really liked the detailed viewing route that took you through the shabby door of that space and back to the present. I heard there's one in Osaka as well as Yokohama... It was a newly decorated area with a new city feel like Incheon Songdo, but the red brick building that had been used as a wharf warehouse since long ago, the #Akarenga Warehouse (#赤レンガ倉庫), was still alive and had become a landmark of the area. I followed the signpost to find Akarenga, and the building itself was so cool that I admired it from outside for a long time. Then, the inside of the building that I entered had a food court on the first floor and a shopping mall selling various products from the second floor onwards. First, I took a good look around #YamashitaPark (#山下公園) where the tower is located... There was also a cruise ship dock where you can look around #YokohamaPort, and I was able to see a large ship called NYK Hikawa maru 日本郵船氷川丸 that was used as a postal ferry in the past. When I reached the end of the park, #Kaihang-no-michi (#開港の道) appeared. It was a passage that would take you to the next spot, Minato Mirai 21, but strangely enough, it wasn't on the ground, but rather on a long overpass. While I was looking for a place to eat because I was hungry, I found a #Sichuan restaurant that I personally really like. It was #SichuanMapo (#四川麻婆)!! Not only does the name include Sichuan, but the word Mapo is also combined with the word Mapo from #MapoTofu (#麻婆豆腐), which is a representative Sichuan dish, so I went in with confidence. I went inside the restaurant and looked at the menu, and there was a Chinese-style set meal with Mapo Tofu as the main dish, shrimp dishes, and soup, so I ordered it right away. The basics were rice, a luxurious soup with scallions, and a shrimp dish with a sour seasoning based on ketchup, which was also good, and even the dessert was delicious... But above all, the Mapo Tofu, which had a much stronger spiciness than what I actually ate in Sichuan, was so appealing.
