It is ok to do it and the best time is in the early morning. You can avoid the crowd and the hot sun and the morning harbour is always the quietest. This place is scenic and you can see many iconic landmark such as the ferries wheel and Minato Mirai has excellent waterfront views. You may not know this place in Guizhou 💙🇨🇳 Karst Wonder
#kayak
During our company retreat, we went to Guizhou for a trip and discover this amazing place!
A unique tourist site, the Hou'er Sinkhole Scenic Area is an enclosed Tiankeng which is a natural depression where an underground river traverses across the bottom of a gorge between two underground cave tunnel openings.
Unlike most gorge scenic areas that appeal to tourists, the Hou'er Sinkhole area is geared towards younger guests who wear climbing gear that allows them to walk across open plank footbridges as well as dangling from a steel rail that hangs off the edge of the cliff. The Coolpark also has a swing jump that drops you down into the canyon. We decided to try a different way - Kayaking! Showcasing our collaboration effort as a team 💪🤣 Prebooking is required and it was truly amazing!
Thanks to the photographers for these amazing photos and memories🩵 A must try for adventure lovers!

Kayaking on Lugu Lake: Exploring the Waters in a Traditional Mosuo Pig Trough Boat
#kayak #100waysoftravel #yunnan #lugulake #luguhu #travelchina
One of the must-do activities at Lugu Lake is to kayak or take a traditional boat tour. Nestled on the border of Yunnan and Sichuan provinces, Lugu Lake is renowned for its crystal-clear waters, breathtaking mountainous backdrop, and cultural significance as the home of the Mosuo people, a minor ethnic group. The boats used on the lake are called pig trough boats, named for their resemblance to long pig troughs. These sturdy vessels are carved from openwork logs with sharpened ends, a unique tradition of the Mosuo people. While paddling in one of these boats can be challenging due to the heavy wooden paddles, the serene atmosphere of the lake makes the effort worthwhile. We visited in April and, unfortunately, missed the blooming season for 水性杨花 (aquatic poplar flowers), a special floating plant that graces the lake’s surface during the right time of year. Despite that, we enjoyed leisurely paddling across the tranquil water, taking in the picturesque views of the surrounding landscape. As the lake is quite expansive, we grew tired, and eventually, the boat master took over, guiding us back to shore. The entire experience was unforgettable, immersing us in the peaceful beauty of Lugu Lake and the Mosuo culture.

Kayaking Adventure at Lashihai: Battling Winds and Making Memories in Lijiang
#kayak #lijiang #china #lashihai
One of the must-do activities in Lijiang is kayaking at Lashihai. We joined a local day tour that included horseback riding along the historic path, followed by kayaking at Lashihai. As someone who loves kayaking, I was excited, but the wind that day was exceptionally strong. Controlling the paddle became a challenge, and the wind pushed our kayak further and further away. No matter how hard I paddled, I found myself spinning in circles, unable to make any progress. It wasn’t until a staff member came to help that I finally managed to paddle back to the shore. It was a truly unforgettable experience. Despite Lashihai being a wetland park rather than a sea, making it feel more like kayaking on a lake, the outing was still enjoyable. Though the water wasn’t particularly clean, kayaking with a group of friends made it a memorable and fun adventure.

Big lagoon kayaking
#kayak
Gobu★★★★
The Great Lagoon is a popular attraction on Aini Island. In the past, we went to the Great Lagoon and the Little Lagoon in one day, but since November, we can't go there on the same day, on the grounds to limit the number of tourists a day and protect the environment. So if you go to all the big and small lagoons, it will take two days and more money. We only chose the big lagoon. In fact, the lagoons are almost the same, and the larger ones are relatively not so crowded. Kaya is indispensable for a trip to the lagoon, otherwise you can't experience that kind of fun.
Bintan Island: Your Gateway to Relaxation and Recreation
Bintan is a perfect island destination for a weekend getaway, suitable for families with children. You won't get bored with the wide range of activities.
Getting There - If you are going from Singapore, you make a 30 minutes ferry to easily get there.
Highlights - There is something for everyone at Bintan. From kayaking through mangroves, riding a ATV, swimming and water sports, to relaxing spas and massages and delicious food. I personally really enjoyed the mangrove kayaking which was so peaceful and relaxing. Also had fun riding a vespa scooter around.
Hotels - There are so many island resorts, glamping and hotel options in Bintan. I stayed in a cute glamping style resort which offers many activities on site.
Food & Restaurants - All the resorts should have restaurant options with international and Indonesian food where you can enjoy the convenience of dining on site without travelling out.

Ninh Binh: Nature's Masterpiece Awaits
Ninh Binh is a mesmerizing town known locally as 'Ha Long Bay on Land'. High recommended if you are taking a trip to Hanoi.
Getting There - Recommend hiring a driver or booking a day tour to get there from Hanoi. It is about 2 hours drive.
Highlights - My favourite memory was kayaking along the stunning waters in Trang An. If you go in the right season, you can see the beautiful golden colour of the paddy fields in Ninh Binh. During the kayaking, you can also see interesting karst and cave formations which makes it even more exciting.
Another fun part is cycling through the local village and paddy fields. This allows you to admire the beautiful country side view and serenity. You can even spot cute monkeys there.
Of course, if you don't want to kayak, you can take a local boat along the river too.
Food & Restaurants - There are many delicious Vietnamese local cuisine that you can enjoy in the area including fresh spring rolls.

🇲🇻 Glass bottom Kayak
#kayak #100WaysOfTravel
I know that getting a glass bottom kayak is expensive so I will choose to do all my watersports whenever I am in Maldives. You get to avoid all those extorting cases and you get a private instructor at the resort. Here at W Maldives, I rented a glass bottom kayak and the staff at the water sports center taught me a few basics and even offered me a free waterproof bag so that I could take out my camera when I reached the ocean. The blue skies and white clouds on a crystal-clear ocean make my photos even nicer. I had the best experience here and I have already planned my next Maldives trip.

🇲🇻 W Maldives floating water center
#kayak #100WaysOfTravel
A resort stay at Maldives always include free non-motorized water sports and life jackets. This is my stay in W Maldives and life jackets are already placed in the villa. Some water sports center will require a swim test before you can get a snorkel set from them. But you can get this easily on your own and bring it over. Just hop by to the water sports center and you can get their kayak for loan and this is complimentary. Just remember to put on sun block lotion which is also available for free at the pool and beach area. When you are having a vacation in Maldives, the lesser thing to worry about is money.

Watersports and outdoor activities in Wuhan

I arrived around 11:30 p.m. on the weekend. There were not many people. After receiving waterproof bags and shoes, I went downstream to park and found that I could also get them below. I wasted a lot of time on it for nothing. 52
The speed of queuing is still quite fast. Now the roar to the sky is not so thrilling. Several sections are still relatively exciting, all of which are a small part of excitement, and then a large and gentle section. I heard that because of the change of lane, it can be restored to the original appearance in the future.

What can't we do without playing in the water in summer? Who knows the joy of the sea paddle board! The inventory has been in stock for half a month, and today I am finally taking it out to share the joy of the pulp board! The experience of paddleboarding in the pond is no longer sufficient for us. Seaside paddleboarding is a different kind of experience because there are waves, making it a bit more challenging, but also more challenging and enjoyable to play with! Especially when you're in the middle of the se.
The Mirror Lake kayaking is Amazingly Beautiful Experience🥰
#kayak
The Mirror Lake Stretching Kayaking I is a favorite place in the field of healing people's hearts in the Amazon River Fantasy Drifting Leaking Stream. The Mirror Lake Stretching 0 9 Grab is located at klong root. Our boatman is a very cute young man who is only 17 years old and has 300 lei per boat. At that time, we had a lot of money. Please hire a coach. We are not afraid of running aground. The reason why we didn't row by ourselves is not so much that the coach is actually the boatman who patiently introduced us to the ecology and helped us take photos. 0. Find various angles, but next time we still want to experience rowing by ourselves!
A bit of kayaking in Portugal 🗺️
#kayak
I recently went kayaking in the Algarve, Portugal, and it was truly a highlight of my trip! 🛶 The Algarve is famous for its stunning coastline, and seeing it from the water was an experience I’ll never forget. We started our adventure in Lagos, a charming town with a rich history and beautiful beaches. The kayak tour cost around €40, which included all the equipment and a friendly guide who knew the area like the back of his hand.
As soon as we paddled out, we were greeted by the most incredible scenery—crystal-clear waters, dramatic cliffs, and hidden caves just waiting to be explored. The highlight was definitely kayaking through the famous Benagil Cave. The moment you glide into the cave and see the sun streaming through the open ceiling, it feels like you’ve discovered a secret world. 🌞
The tour also took us along the Ponta da Piedade, where the rock formations are nothing short of breathtaking. Our guide pointed out interesting shapes in the rocks and even some hidden beaches that you can only access by boat. We stopped at one of these secluded spots for a swim, and the water was so clear and refreshing. It felt like a private paradise!
If you’re planning a visit, I’d also recommend checking out the nearby beaches like Praia Dona Ana and Praia do Camilo—they’re perfect for relaxing after your kayaking adventure. The whole area is full of charming towns, great food, and beautiful views, so there’s plenty to explore.
Kayaking in the Algarve was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. Whether you’re a seasoned paddler or a complete beginner, this is an experience you don’t want to miss. I’m already dreaming of going back! 🏖️
