Australian Federation Square is the most complex and sprawling building in the area, and a new municipal and cultural centre for the local people. It is a characteristic building integrating community culture, indigenous culture and Western culture, showing the life style of Melbourne and Victoria.

Lavender and Sun
Enjoy the fresh air, warm sunshine and laughter, feel life seriously, and there are poems and distant places everywhere. It can be said to be Victoria's back garden, all the plants are full of vitality and greenery. Autumn is like a layer of gold, red maple leaves mixed with golden fallen leaves, beautiful, and picturesque lake scenery!

Rod Laver Arena is a famous stadium in Melbourne. It is one of the venues for the Australian Open. Rugby and football games are also held here. It becomes very lively every weekend and is worth a visit.

Had been here in 1997 for an evening which I thoroughly enjoyed. As there was going to be a free Mazda Opera concert I decided to brave the weather (it was cold and unpredictable). The concert was fantastic. In fact the performers had just finished their Turandot show that afternoon. What professionalism! Pure magic that evening! Many of the audience were hearing opera music for the first time so I thought the effort to translate the lyrics into English was a brilliant idea. Security was excellent; a contact card was provided if we needed help or wanted to report anti-social issues. Also enjoyed the quiz before the concert started at 8pm. A very entertaining yet educational family outing.
