We had great time when exploring the different room with our senses. My son was super curious with the ball and light room. We spent two hours in this place and we love it.

Tokyo National Museum is the oldest and largest national museum in Japan, one of the largest art museums in the world. It was originally founded in 1972 at the Yushima Seido Temple and moved to its current location in Ueno Park a few years later. Its total area exceeds 100 thousand square meters. The museum is a huge cultural center and is located in six main buildings: the Main, Heisei, Oriental, the Treasury of the Horyuji Temples, the Kuroda Memorial Hall and the Ceremonial One. The Tokyo National Museum has one of the largest and most significant collections of artwork and archaeological artifacts in Japan, consisting of more than 110,000 individual items, including about one hundred national treasures. About 4,000 different pieces of art from museum collections are on display in permanent exhibitions. In addition, temporary exhibitions are constantly held here. Information in the museum is available in English, there is an opportunity to use an audio guide. There are several cafes and shops on the territory of the museum complex, as well as open-air exhibitions. In addition to the exhibition halls, the Tokyo National Museum offers a Japanese-style garden and tea rooms open to the public in spring and autumn. They are located behind the Main Building.

Went in November when the lights are up for Christmas. Tokyo tower can be seen in the middle of the road where people can take picture of it.

There are many interactive projects in the Science and Future Museum, and it takes more time to visit than expected. We had limited time and said we should just take a quick look, but the kids couldn't move at all. They wanted to see everything. The theme is completely different from that in China. The interactive games in the Colorful City allow children to experience the scene of living with partner robots in the future. The theme of aging-friendly allows children to experience the world after they get old. The large-scale equipment with disaster themes on the second floor allows people to intuitively feel the impact of various disasters on humans. The interaction of protecting the earth for 50 years is also very interesting. The theme in Small World is also very rich, with rocket launches and airplane takeoffs and landings, all of which are very large-scale, and other scenes are also exquisite. The only thing is that the restaurant closes too early, and you can't order food after 5:30. The Yurikamome is very convenient, connecting the Odaiba area in series, and it feels like traveling in a small city, isolated from the outside world. It just seems that there is no need to buy this combined ticket. The price of buying it separately is about the same, unless you will take it many times. But the one-day ticket is pretty good, so just keep it as a souvenir.

The Small Worlds Miniature Museum in Tokyo is a fascinating destination for those interested in detailed miniatures and immersive experiences. Located in the Ariake district on an artificial island in Tokyo Bay, this museum is one of the largest of its kind in Asia, covering an area of 7,000 square meters.

I really liked the works that were here, very different, I even watched a film about a room and the flies that live there by Apichatpong Weerasethakul when in my life would I have imagined that, too bad it was a cloudy day and the windows that looked out were all covered by clouds

I originally planned to go to Ueno Zoo, but because the weather was too hot, I booked this one. When I went there, I found that there were really many local students. The Science Museum is divided into two buildings. The new building is the global exhibition area, and the old building focuses on Japan. The global exhibits introduce the natural and cultural features of all parts of the world in a very macro way, while the local area gives a detailed explanation of the natural history of the main island of Japan. The exhibit layout is also very interesting. There is a restaurant in the new building of the exhibition hall. The price is a little expensive, but the taste is acceptable. In this way, you don’t have to go out for dinner and you can soak in it all day.

This is a stylish museum designed by Noriaki Kurokawa, which is well-known, located directly connected to Nogizaka Station and a 5-minute walk from Roppongi Station. ✨✨ Some special exhibitions are always held. There are 3 cafes in the building, and the chairs used are designer chairs, making it a cozy art space no matter where you cut it. The museum shop also changes the products that are placed every season, and it is good for a little souvenir! It is a museum that you want to take time slowly in the sense of spaciousness and depth, and the liberation of the ceiling atrium ❣️
