The communication was phenomenal. As soon as a delay happened I was immediately notified and kept informed throughout. When I requested an update they responded within 24 hours. This is my first time ordering from here but I will be a return customer.
Dermwarehouse customer service is excellent. The products are always in good shape and if it's not, they replace it without hesitation. I'm particularly happy this time around as the coupon code I had did not work and DW happily obliged and handled the transaction for me. They recognize customer loyalty and that really made my day!!
My doctor recommended biocorneum to help my surgical scars heal. So far I am very pleased. I massage a small amount into my scars twice daily. The scars are healing very well so far.
I'd have given the company a five star review if sending my products wasn't usually delayed each time I ordered by an oversight, or, by low stock inventory.
