Creating opportunities for businesses to grow and individuals to succeed

Mompreneur Conference – Because we know the struggle and the Joy! I’m a mom of two little girls (a three-year-old and a baby) and I’ve been an entrepreneur for six years. Does that count as another baby? 🧐 Because some days, it definitely feels like it! Being a mom and an entrepreneur is a unique challenge. There’s no annual leave, no maternity break, no sick days. The level of multitasking is next-level. Every day is about balance: managing work, family, and everything in between. ⚖️ But despite the chaos, the late nights, and the never-ending to-do lists, we wouldn’t have it any other way. Because along with the challenges come incredible rewards: flexible working hours, being there for our kids when they need us and building something meaningful on our own terms. If this sounds familiar, join us on February 21 for Mompreneur Conference, an opportunity to connect, learn from three phenomenal women, and share the moments that make this journey both exhausting and extraordinary. 🔗 Register now via the link: https://lnkd.in/dyUAHTW8 This event is organized under the WISE - Women's Institute for Skills and Entrepreneurship, which I co-founded with my friend Ena Fejzagic Livancic.

On January 27, 2025 the first kick-off meeting of the Women Empowered in Construction (WEC) project, took place. The online gathering marked an exciting beginning for this innovative initiative aimed at empowering women in the construction industry across Western Balkans and European Union. As part of the WEC project, our team is proud to take on a key dissemination role. During the meeting, we presented the dissemination strategy, which will ensure that the project’s results and impact reach a wide audience. We also introduced the WEC branding and logo, which will soon be presented! The meeting brought together an impressive consortium of partners: ·       Future Cast  ·       Outside Media & Knowledge ·       Spin ·       VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University  ·       Pannonia Consulting d.o.o.  ·       Engineer Marko Radević Secondary School of Civil Engineering and Geodesy  ·       CRCA / ECPAT ALBANIA The WEC project comes at a crucial time, as the construction industry faces significant labor shortages across EU Member States - nearly triple the level observed a decade ago. Through innovative VET programs and a comprehensive approach to gender equality, we aim to address these challenges while creating new opportunities for women in construction. We're confident that this collaboration will bring impactful results and contribute to meaningful change in the construction sector. We look forward to sharing more updates as we progress on this important journey. Did you know women influence 85% of global purchasing decisions? Yet many brands still struggle to connect with this powerful demographic. Here are 3 female-centric branding trends according to Entrepreneur Magazine: 1.    Inclusive marketing campaigns: Relatable imagery and thoughtful messaging resonates with audience. To connect meaningfully, your brand must go beyond surface-level diversity and truly understand the values and challenges of your female consumers. 2.    Sustainable brand initiatives: Modern consumers, particularly women, value sustainability. Women are leading the charge in conscious consumerism, conducting research before purchasing and seeking brands that minimise environmental impact. 3.    User-generated content: Women trust recommendations from their peers far more than traditional ads. User-generated content (UGC) has become a powerful tool, enabling consumers to become brand ambassadors. Women are redefining the rules of branding, and businesses must adapt or risk falling behind. Prioritising inclusivity, sustainability, and authenticity is essential for future success.
