  • On Universal Health Coverage Day, we reaffirm our commitment to ensuring that everyone, everywhere, has access to quality health services without facing financial hardship. Achieving Universal Health Coverage (UHC) isn’t just a goal—it’s a fundamental right and a cornerstone of global health equity. At HeDPAC, we are dedicated to accelerating progress towards UHC by: 1️⃣ Strengthening health systems through innovative South-South collaborations. 2️⃣ Building a strong and responsive health workforce specially in underserved communities with a special focus on primary healthcare level. 3️⃣ Promoting access to essential medicines and services for all. This UHC Day we are calling on governments to invest in health for all and protect people – particularly the most vulnerable among us – from impoverishing health spending. Let’s unite our efforts and advocate for strong, sustainable health systems that put people first. Together, we can make #HealthForAll a reality. #UHCDay #UniversalHealthCoverage #GlobalHealth #GlobalSouth #EquityInHealth #SustainableDevelopment #HeDPAC
