JB Connect Ltd. is seeking a Next.js Developer to lead the development of high-performance web applications. As a senior member of our front-end team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing advanced web applications using Next.js. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and play a key role in architectural decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of scalable and maintainable web applications using Next.js and React.js.
Design and implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) solutions for optimal performance and SEO.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and back-end developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionalities.
Develop and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices for coding standards, testing, and deployment.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize for scalability, speed, and user experience.
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to sprint planning, task estimation, and project tracking.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and proactively integrate them into the development process.
Participate in and lead architectural discussions and decisions for front-end projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a reputed university.
3+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a focus on React.js and at least 3+ years of experience in Next.js.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Expertise in server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) with Next.js.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or Recoil.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration.
Proven experience optimizing front-end performance and troubleshooting complex issues.
Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git, and code collaboration workflows.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews.
Familiarity with unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
Experience working with Agile methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Remuneration & Benefits:
Remuneration 50k to 90k Monthly (remuneration might be negotiable based on the skill & performance)
