Interparking and Saba will be joining forces in the urban mobility sector. AG Insurance - via its subsidiary AG REAL ESTATE - and APG Asset Management have reached an agreement with CriteriaCaixa to integrate Saba Infraestructuras in Interparking. Saba Group is a Spanish player in the public car park sector, with a presence in 9 countries. It's clear that this investment completely aligns with our diversified, long-term investment strategy. At the same time, it reflects a desire to grow Interparking and develop the urban mobility sector as well as the network of charging solutions for e-vehicles. On 9 October, we brought together more than 500 colleagues for another edition of "Sound of C". It was an inspiring day with a single-minded purpose: to really listen to our customers and continuously improve their experience. 🤝💬 The keynote speeches by Yves Van Vaerenbergh and Simon Hazée confirmed our approach: at AG, we do more than just talk to our customers – we have a real two-way dialogue. This commitment is essential to providing the experience they expect and deserve from us. 🌟 The highlight of the day was the direct contact our staff had with customers: instead of the usual survey, we called them personally to get their feedback. The valuable insights we collected will help us further improve the customer experience at AG. During our Sustainability Day on 1 October, we delved into the regenerative economy, with inspiring examples from our subsidiaries. Because for us, sustainability is an integral part of our culture and operations. 🔧 Homeras repairs storm and water damage, instead of replacing it right away. 🚿 DrySolutions uses modern leak detection, so that houses do not have to be completely turned upside down. 🚗 Touring CarSelect promotes the sale of used and stock cars through professional dealers, contributing to a circular economy. The Sustainability Day at AG focused on inspiring sessions on how we can put sustainability into practice. 🌿 🏗️ AG REAL ESTATE showed how they apply circularity to renovation projects. They reuse materials such as raised flooring and use bio-based materials such as wood for their durability and carbon-absorbing properties. 🔌 Eric Dewaet of Recupel emphasized the importance of recycling e-waste correctly. Take your old devices to the correct collection points and always remove the batteries. ♻️ Lander Janssens of Kringwinkel Antwerpen urged us to be more conscious of our belongings and to find satisfaction in consuming less.
