Meet our founders! 🙌 Maxence and Vincent the founders of Agricells SA, have over thirty years of combined experience in cutting-edge industries such as biotechnology and the pharmaceutical industry (small and large biological molecules - Pfizer, Catalent, GSK Vaccines, UCB), holding various leadership roles from business development to industrial and quality operations on an international scale. Maxence, after eight years in the engineering consulting sector and various roles in Business Development and managing major pharmaceutical and biotechnology accounts like UCB Pharma and GSK Vaccines, is the founder of this "green" biotechnology project. A civil engineer by training and holding an MBA in Finance, he was inspired to return to his roots and the agricultural world by creating Agricells. From 2019 to 2020, he worked as a Strategic Advisor in Life Sciences and served as a Strategic Advisor for the Sword Group from 2018 to 2019. Vincent, With 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the field of biological molecules, Vincent Vandamme has held various roles in industrial operations and quality management on an international scale. We are currently conducting a comparative study of our Agricells Growth range on a wheat crop planted under similar conditions and environment, in Belgium. Inspired by the rigorous practices of the pharmaceutical industry, from which Agricells SA originates, we have implemented stability plans to validate the durability / shelf life of each formulation in our Agricells Growth biostimulants range, in their final containers. This approach allows us to guarantee the highest quality of our products.
