📍 On 26 February, alongside 400 business leaders from across Europe, an AnimalhealthEurope delegation met in Antwerp to discuss the just-published Clean Industrial Deal with Commission President Ursula von der Leyen. Now, it’s time to #DelivertheDeal. EU Heads of State must take urgent action across all EU Member States without delay. The #AnimalHealth sector plays a crucial role in Europe’s transformation, but to restore investment and competitiveness to secure Europe’s future, we need bold decisions. Both new and existing EU initiatives and legislation, must answer these key questions: 🔹 Does it attract investment to Europe? 🔹 Does it ease the administrative burden on companies? 🔹 Does it encourage sustainable manufacturing while safeguarding continued production in Europe? Losing a pet is one of the biggest fears of pet parents ➡️A study showed that cats with #microchips are 20 times more likely to be returned to their owners than cats without them. Dogs with microchips are 2.5 times more likely to be returned than those without.
