Industry 4.0 reis JOOP! Binnenkort ARP (Automatic Robot Programming) bij JOOP! Gisteren hebben we een zeer interessante uitleg gekregen van Valk Welding over de ARP software ArcNC. Deze software is gedreven door Artificiële intelligentie en kan voor JOOP automatisch robotprogramma's maken. Laslijnen worden automatisch herkent en geprogrammeerd, vervolgens wordt er een kant en klaar DTPS programma gedownload.. Gisteren is het gelukt om in een zeer korte tijd uitleg te krijgen over de software en een programma te genereren. In de middag kon het automatisch gemaakte programma direct in de praktijk getest worden. Deze software maakt het voor ons mogelijk om in zeer korte tijd programma's te genereren. Zo draagt het bij aan onze strategie om repeterend in seriegrootte 1 gelaste componenten te produceren voor onze klanten.
