🎯 Permits obtained for Move’Hub: Contributing to the revitalisation of the Midi District Atenor, in partnership with BPI Real Estate and citydev.brussels is pleased to announce the delivery of the environmental and urban permits for Move’Hub.   This transformative mixed-use project results from close collaboration with local authorities, residents, and investors, aiming to address the citizens' needs in the most effective and strategic way. Let us take you there!   In collaboration with ULI Belgium & Luxembourg, we organised a 'Meet the COO' event, offering attendees an exclusive behind-the-scenes experience at the construction site of Highline & Soap House in Brussels.   Our COO, Alexander Hodac, shared insights into the real estate market, Atenor’s strategic vision, and highlights from his professional journey. This was followed by a lively Q&A session and networking drinks, along with a visit to the 6th floor for a peak view at the city of Brussels by night 🥂.   Highline & Soap House is a forward-thinking mixed-use project, combining heavy renovation and circularity. With ambitions to achieve BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum certifications, the project is fully aligned with the European Taxonomy. 📢 Atenor secures senior financing for PwC's new Campus in Cloche d’Or, Luxembourg Atenor announces the successful arrangement of a €213 million Green Loan for PwC’s future Campus in Luxembourg. Guided by the Green Loan Principles and aligned with Atenor's Green Finance Framework—validated by external advice from ISS ESG—this financing marks a meaningful milestone in advancing our commitment to sustainable urban development. This landmark 34,500m2 project embodies our emphasis on innovation, sustainability and well-being. The new Campus construction is aligned to the European Taxonomy and the goals of a low carbon economy. The financing, secured through a trusted European banking pool, reflects the unwavering confidence of our financial partners in Atenor’s long-term business model and ability to deliver impactful, future-ready real estate projects. The financing structure includes a term loan to refinance the acquisition of the plot and finance the construction, as well as a revolving VAT facility.
